the people working this morning (around 2 AM) deserve to be fired honestly. the server showed up sick and was essentially sleeping right next to us after she gave us our food. the cook was playing games on his phone right next to us when the whole restaurant was empty. she didn’t even check on us. the cook had to ring us up. our food was absolutely disgusting. my eggs were super undercooked. we weren’t given straws or the side items we requested either. usually we love the service here but after this, we probably won’t be back. oh, and there are also ants crawling all over the tables.
Omelette is on point here! Absolutely awesome. One of the best I've had. Great service, will definitely be back!!
waffle was taken off too quickly, what other reason do you go to Waffle House but for the awesome delicious waffles? the staff is always yelling at each other each, no clue what is going on, pots and pans falling on the floor, very loud there. we miss our favorite waitress and the man who was in charge of the grill ...think he went to Charlottesville?
We came in this morning around 2 AM and the majority of everything we asked for was missing or wrong. Toast was burned, the eggs and hashbrowns were undercooked, didn’t get condiments or pickles. After receiving our food, the waitress proceeds to sit right across from us and fall asleep. The cook also sits right beside us and plays a game on his phone. The entire restaurant was empty. They could have at the very least given us some space. I understand it was 2 in the morning, but if I’m paying 20+ dollars for food, it should at the very least be cooked. This is not acceptable
Today this place was pretty busy in the morning and yet the staff was still polite and the food came quickly and was wonderful
We sat for 8 minutes before the worker sweeping the floor said they couldn't serve us because they got slammed earlier and had to clean up before the next shift came in. So we left.
It is excellent. We ate there yesterday as well. Update 1/5: they double charged my debit card on 12/27. Not happy at all.
Waitress was very inconsiderate. And passed us by at the bar to wait on a couple that walked in after us and had some horrible music playing coming from her phone in her apron. We didn't bothering ordering. Just left.
