"The individuals working at this establishment are incredibly friendly and hospitable. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of grits after trying them here for the first time. Additionally, the grilled ham and cheese sandwich was particularly delicious. The prices are reasonable, the food is great, and the atmosphere is pleasant."
3am Sunday morning, it was packed, but that's fine giving its bike week in the area. The waiter told us 20 minutes to wait, took our order, and we had our food within that 20 minutes. I could never hate Waffle House.
This is the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. We waited an hour and a half for our food and it was burnt and had hairs in it. One of us ordered a dish with sausage, and the sausage came out undercooked. This was after waiting on it for over an hour at this point. When we tried to voice our concerns (in a polite manner) our waitress kept cutting us off,”. She told us that it wasn’t necessary to explain. Once the hair (which was obviously not ours) was discovered in the food, we left. Something desperately needs to be done at this location!
Bryanna warmly greeted us and made us feel at home. We ordered a variety All star special, bacon Angus deluxe plate, pecan waffles, bacon egg cheese bowl, everything was fresh to order, made quickly and all made with love . Thank you.
Excellent food! Everything was amazing! The grits were creamy, bacon cooked perfectly, waffles fluffy. You name it and it was delicious. I have a big family, there are 8 of us, we ordered quite a bit of food and everything was fantastic. The service was just as good as the food. She was friendly and professional. Prices were very reasonable. If you eat here, you will definitely return.

Its always a pleasure to dine at a Waffle House. The staff is extremely kind and courteous, food tasted great and exceptional service.
A 5 star waitress and 3 other hard workers are all that is holding this operation together, when they were at full capacity around 11:30 this morning. It was slow to get tables bused, slow to get the food, and the culprit seemed to be one employee, I’m guessing the manager (pictured below) who just stood and watched the staff as if he were evaluating them with a clipboard in hand. In the entire time, he broke his gaze once, getting drinks to help out, while the rest of the staff busted their collective butts trying to juggle their responsibilities. I felt sorry for them.
I would ordinarily never go to a waffle house, but they make one great grilled steak and bacon sandwich, which is occasionally worth going there for. I won’t be going back. I hope the manager reads this and understands that at rush-hour it should be all hands on deck, to get his hands dirty. For those of us who don’t wanna wait, it makes all the difference there are just way too many other options down here.
