I took my son there today and we ordered. I explained we wanted waffles light/not well done. This is my usual order and hands always been great. Today they handed us 2 dark brown waffles. I told the waitress that they are extremely over coked and we wanted them light She talked the over cooked waffles and places them by the waffle makers. She then brings us two more waffles and says if you want them light this is how you get them. I have included a photo of what she thinks is acceptable to serve customers. Then an employee takes one of the over cooked waffles and eats it. A few minutes later another customer ordered a waffle and the waitress went and got the other over cooked waffle she had previously given us and gave it to the other customer. This entire experience is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I have been a fairly regular Waffle House customer but I will never go back to this location again!
Many people like me have eaten at a huge number of Waffle Houses and have come to know that they are NOT all alike, despite the same logo, uniforms, and menus. This WF is a very good one, not great, but good. The grill man on duty was incredibly efficient and quick and he served the best grits I have had at a WF in many years. He also prepared the best looking hash browns I have seen...lots of butter. Give it a try.

This is one of the BEST Waffle House's in Lexington. Food was absolutely ???? delicious. Shelly our waitress was Awesome! She definitely enjoys what she does and wants to make sure that her customers are satisfied. She would constantly check to see if we needed anything. Food was Hot ???? and waffle was just they way we requested it. We'll definitely be back!!
Awesome food. Great staff. Clean restrooms. Would be even better with some type of protection or security during midnight til 5am. Seen some wild shows and met interesting characters lurking around 3rd shift.
Best Waffle House experience yet. Clean, fresh, friendly, and tasty. Great coffee. Stopped in after walking for several miles. I was greeted when I entered, and the server paid close attention to my needs. The employees are fantastic, they don't stop moving. You get a sense this would be a fantastic place to work. Even when they were all caught up after the breakfast rush they continued to clean, and one gentleman assisted holding doors for customers entering and exiting. Quick service, but you don't feel rushed when you dine. Will visit again.
My brother-in-law had never been to Al waffle house. Took him for breakfast here and had a delicious waffle and eggs breakfast. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
do not listen to the comments, I wasted my money for half cooked steak and the eggs was not cooked either. I had some type of slimy stuff under my plate and I touched it too, I don’t even want my money back because they obviously need it more than me because the cups are dirty too. I’ll never eat here again.
