If I could leave zero stars for the food I would I spent 115 dollars and I left a 20 dollar tip only for the food to all be burnt and tasted like trash by it being night and u can only order Togo myself and my kids couldn't even eat the food because it was charred... I would never severe someone food that way and I'll never go back to that waffle house! Check your food!
Fast, friendly service. It wasn't crowded and food was cooked just as ordered. I ordered our food to go and the waitress was very nice. She ensured we had plenty of condiments and eating utensils. The establishment was clean. I will definitely go back.
To go ordering was intense an felt rushed!! So i decided to sit down way more pleasant.However i asked for food not to be cooked butter or oil it was very oily, plate oil on bottom of it.Server Niya was very pleasant
First, I will say that the food was good but my issue is they charge additional fees for Togo orders. There is a service fee and a Togo fee. They don’t even tell you you are being charged. Has anyone noticed this? I don’t think this is right. Then I paid for an Arnold Palmer and extra syrup to again be charged a service and Togo fee on that too. The lady filled a whole cup of tea and gave me a bottled lemonade. So now I have to make my own Arnold Palmer so what service fee is for. I had to drink most of the tea and then pour in the lemonade to make it myself. Please people just be aware. No other places are doing this. They don’t do this for Togo at IHOP. What is really going on?
Solid reliable breakfast spot close by the airport for my long layoever. Busy and full of construction workers is a good sign. Clean facility. Plenty of parking. Spirited staff and the grill cook is busting his butt cooking.
The employees were delightful with their high spirits, and always made sure that customers felt welcome. I didn't hold my expectations anywhere too high, but the food really showed me why Waffle House is doing so well. There's something for everybody, and plenty of options to customize your own meal to meet your appetite.
Vivian. The parking attendant harassed me about the way I parked and refused to serve me food because I did not park to her parking standards Vivian, the parking attendant yes watch out for her. And in case you didn’t know Waffle House charges 10% when you take food out to go extra 10 whole percent, plus tax, plus attitudes. Even Cracker Barrel treat me better than that
Customer service was bad. We was standing in store 10-15 before being greeted. Placed a online order and food was still wrong and had to wait on food. NOBODY APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES HAD ATTITUDES. I customer came in before me and didn't get served until 4 other ppl was served. No greeting when coming in
