Best KPortal Reviews

We are from out of town and I saw this restaurant had good reviews so we came for breakfast. We were all extremely disappointed. The best things were the canned corned beef hash (which is what my daughter prefers) and my orange juice. The sausage gravy is definitely from a can and is really bland. The burritos are really good size but have very little flavor and were covered with the canned gravy (we knew it had gravy on it when we ordered it but were thinking the gravy would be good). The hashbrowns were soggy and soaked with butter. We didn't end up eating half the food. The waitress was pleasant which was nice. Not a place we will be returning to unfortunately.
Loved dining here. Nice cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff, and very observant to needs and willing to accommodate requests. I believe our servers name was Crystal. Coffee was always hot and fresh, and well attended to for refills. Very nice sized portions for meals ordered. Food came out super quick after being ordered as well. Would highly recommend visiting and checking them out soon. If I had to make any complaint at all, it was just that I didn't have good service at my phone in that certain location, but with it being so close to the KOA I never seem to get good service when I visit there either. I got the lumberjack meal with rye bread. The rye bread could have used a little bit more flavoring to it so I would recommend they maybe seek out another brand just in case they have any other fellow rye bread lovers that come to visit the restaurant soon. The sunny side up eggs were quite perfect though, not over fried or greasy by any means came out very nice and fluffy as I like them to be. Lumberjack meal is a great choice for someone who is looking to get juice or coffee with their meal, as it is already included in the price of the meal. The do have dinner selections as well. Great job guys!
Will be back hopefully soon thank you.
Amazing food. Amazing prices. Very fresh food. I got the fries with cheese on the toast and it was the best thing ever. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. The workers do their best to satisfy their customers. ????
Debbie does not need to rip my card out of my hand to tap it. They got a new card reader. Instead of pointing to where to tap she tried ripping my card out of my hand with out asking. Then I told her she shouldn't do that, Debbie said I should be more nice. Horrible customer service. This place continues to go down hill and the owners allow it.
Well we ordered the quesadilla which is in the same box as the "Mexican dinners" we never got our chips or rice and beans that are supposed to come with it and instead of making it right the waitress argued with us and said " the owner made a mistake when she made the menus, she's had the many redone twice now and it's still not right" basically told us screw you. Plus we were told there is No military discounts offered. Plus the waitress charged for sour cream for the quesadilla, who the heck eats a quesadilla without sour cream? And to charge for it is so petty. So we ordered fries to go with our quesadilla since they argued and the fries tasted like fish and we're way over greasy, not even good at all! Sorry but we are done with this restaurant. We have gone there multiple times and noticed little things here and there like the fake disgusting mashed potatoes... but live and learn
First time in, and the place is really nice! Our waitress was patient, kind, and checked on us regularly. Food was really good, not greasy and cooked well. We'll definitely be back!
Excellent food, top notch, never had such a nice crispy fish, our waitres Cyndi was very nice and always asking if we needed anything my favorite restaurant from now on ????????????????????
A wonderful place with warm friendly waitresses. Food is good TOO!
