5 star service all the way up to the point i discovered the 1 year MOT advertised was actually 1 month. They admitted to their mistake and promised to refund me the cost of the MOT. Only £50 but they appear to have stopped replying to all my messages. Across text and WhatsApp. Suddenly not very professional! The MOT ran out over the new year period. And with little to no warning, it meant garages were closed and couldn't book me in for a week and a half. I was left without my car for this time period. So not only did i have to pay for the MOT i had to borrow vehicles of family members.
Ill keep trying to contact them for the MOT reimbursement, which is the least they could do.
Got my sprinter moted today and the tester was very helpful even sorted my suspension out for me .always had great experience here.
Was recommended by friend as iv been too few garages to have my car fixed but nobody seem to know what was wrong with it, finally visited this garage excellent customer service and my car is back on the road finally at a fraction of the cost so pleased thanks alot guys.
