VW Live has been looking after our Camper for many years. Over the last 12 months, I've visited the Silverstone Classic in 2022 and 2023 (now Silverstone Festival) and Oulton Park Gold Cup in July 2023.
Silverstone is a 500 mile round trip, and Oulton Park is a 600 mile round trip. On each occasion the journey has been made without issue.
Thanks for the attention to detail when working on the camper that has enabled these enjoyable weekends away.

Turned up on back of a tow truck with my t4, fixed and on my way within 20mins, thank god they had the part. Great customer service can't fault them.

Found the issue with my crafter almost instantly as they couldn't sort it for me advised me with correct information about it and made sure i was safe to travel then refused payment as they couldn't fix it

Had a temp sensor issue on our T4 camper shortly before a road trip to France in Aug this year. Booked in at short notice and all sorted super quick. Great staff and service. Highly recommended.
Very helpful indeed; similar to a number of reviewers, we had a problem with our T4 on our way from Norfolk to Cornwall, which needed fixing quite urgently. Rang VW Live in the morning, and he found time that afternoon to have a look, found the problem, sourced the replacement part locally, and fitted it immediately, charging a very modest amount for his time. Great service!
