Paid a visit to Ben at VTEC Direct yesterday to see if he could diagnose an ongoing handling issue with my DC5 Integra. Had never used Ben before but had been advised by another forum member that his company is excellent. Ben greeted me at the door and immediately jacked the car up and within a matter of minutes, the problem was identifed. Ben did his very best to get the part in the same day but was unable to however he's kindly ordered me the bits and the car will be going back to him soon to be fixed. Excellent service from Ben, was willing to drop what he was doing when he was busy to help me out and nothing was too my trouble for him or his colleague. Top man!
I have used Vtec direct Ben and Dan many times. I returned very recently to have some work carried out and the same high level of service and care was received.
I am very particular who works on my cars, I have been to many so called "specialists" throughout the years and not been impressed with a lot of them.
I will continue to use Ben at Vtec direct as they take great care of your car and a friendly service with a cup of tea and a chat.

Andy and Ben looked after my NSX for 10 years and used to be good, helpful and professional. It's a great shame how it's now changed. Oh well I suppose it's time to book the car in with Kaz, the last decent independent NSX specialist.
I hope Vtec direct racing business keeps them alive.
This place was recommended to me by a friend and we have had polar opposite service. Not very professional. Lied and overcharged. I asked about follow up services/ purchases and they didn't get back to me. I wouldn't use again and I've told my friend about the experience.
Ben at Vtec has been servicing and looking after my NSX since 2013. I've always received a good professional service with appropriate care and attention taken with my car. I previously used Honda main dealerships but felt that they no longer had as much specialist knowledge as Vtec could offer for my car. Ben is always willing to help and offer good advice and assistance when called upon.
Used to use Vtec Direct when I had my ATR, and if you have one too, this is the ONLY place to go, but in general if you have any Honda as well. Ben is very knowledgeable and a great lad, prices are reasonable and quality of work is great. I used to travel over 3 hours one way to get work done, and that says a lot.
Been travelling 70miles each way for over 6 years to bring my ATR here. Ben really knows his sh#t wouldnt go anywhere else even bring my E39 here now. Highly recommended
Been here a few times now, prices spot on, know their stuff don't have you off, top notch standard of work and good lads to have have a natter with, always go that extra mile to help you out aswell, won't be long till I book in again! 10** 10** thanks again lads!
