Absolutely loved this place! Came here yesterday; and it has a really cool vibe. The bar is in the back of a restaurant and the overall vibe is very chill and upscale. Their alcohol list is insane! There’s over 100s of options and choices to choose from. I ordered a whiskey sour with parm fries and my experience was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely return! Also, the bartender working was absolutely amazing!! The drinks he made were delicious.
Very cool atmosphere, great design. Loved the booth we were sat in, and the drinks were beautiful and delicious.
There was only one waiter on staff with a full place, so service was slower than anticipated, but it was understandable.
He was very kind and apologized, “No worries” we said.
I look forward to going back and just recommended it to a friend. ????????
You are best off with a reservation if you would like to go to the speakeasy. Medium priced food with an incredible selection of whiskey, bourbon, and all types of liquor. Giselle went above and beyond for service. Would come back again.
The food was very good and I absolutely loved chatting with the bartender! He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it came to their whisky selection, as well as wine! Highly recommend!
This is what I call a “grown up “ experience! If your looking for a place with atmosphere and quality spirits, Volstead is it. I enjoyed the “smoked” Manhattan, which was outstanding! 10 for presentation and 10 for taste(Forrester bourbon- amazing) . We enjoyed the Wall eye and the prohibition burger… outstanding! In addition, I recommend the sazerac! I will be back in the summer to enjoy a cigar.
What a great little bar! I ordered the smoky Manhattan, and I received a magical cocktail in some mysterious little charred shadowbox that had to be steeped in smoke for 3-5 minutes. Really unique experience, and tons of hard-to-find whiskeys on the menu.
Such a cool, unique little spot. Loved the atmosphere! Not much on the menu, maybe 12 selections, but the Parmesean Fries and the Crab Cakes were amazing. Definitely must try the Smoked Manhattan!!
We went here for our anniversary and loved it. Servers were attentive, but didn’t bug us too much. Well decorated. Delicious food—especially the homemade bourbon sauce. We loved the burgers, duck wontons, and wings. Drinks were also very nice. The menu for drinks is extensive. I wish there would have sometimes been a scale on how whiskey forward they were because they tasted wonderful, but at a speakeasy would have loved a more liquor forward drink. We had 4 cocktails and all were wonderful.
