Highly recommend. I was travelling from London to Glasgow, they diagnosed a faulty coil pack on my Skoda and got me back on the road in less than an hour. My Dad lives nearby and has already booked his Golf in for his next service based on my experience.
I'm new to Coventry and was recommended this garage and I can honestly say I won't be going anywhere else from now on. These guys are genuine and really good at what they do. Broke down a long way from home and went cap in hand to Volks. They managed to squeeze me in even though they were stacked. They replaced my alternator and I was on my way, very grateful to Rob and the lads for sorting me out. Highly recommended.
Very impressed with this Garage and would recommend to anyone. Very honest workers, they won’t try to get you to fix or buy things you don’t need, very good prices, all the guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. When I had an issue, one of the lads called Liam and an older gentleman were able to determine what was wrong with my car and sort it out within 2 hours. Also, they use good reliable parts for cars.
