Really worked hard to get us in within budget of my insurance after hitting a deer. Kept my truck from being totaled when the insurance company was trying to steal it. Also did a great job changing my wife’s windshield and did it cheaper than the safelite quote in rapid.
It was the 2nd day of our vacation and we were 40 miles from our hotel when we got a flat tire. Being from out of state we had no idea where to go when we were lucky enough to find out about Voelkers. In spite of them being very busy that morning, they squeezed us in, got a new tire on and we were ready to roll in no time. Everyone there was friendly and treated us as though we were a couple of their regular customers. In fact, we agreed that it was best experience we've had while waiting in an auto repair shop.

The fact that I will give a shop a five star review is saying a lot since I’ve worked in and around shops quite a bit. They performed an alignment on the Hunter machine. It’s rare that a shop does an alignment and gets it right the first time like these guys did. They also did a windshield chip repair and you can barely see where it was repaired and before it was a big white chunk out of the windshield. They also fixed my turn signal without charging me since I didn’t ask them to and that is what I call going above and beyond. Voelkers, if you’re reading this, good job guys.
These guys are top notch! I bought an old truck and totally unannounced, dropped it off to them. They had no problem taking it and got started. The truck was done ahead of schedule and the price was more than fair. Much thanks to Ryan and the crew.

Had a leaking valve stem on one of the rear tires on our Class C Motorhome. Called them from the road. They took care of it for us with no charge. Nice people and very much appreciate the help.
Great repair work done by these folks and more than willing to bend over backwards to help out those that need it. Quality or quantity is their rule for the repair shop. It may take a little extra time to get the vehicle repair done, BUT the staff here really pays attention to the small details to make sure that the customer goes away happy!
A little late posting. Family road trip this summer could have ended badly. Towed to Voelkers with a diesel issue. Great service, family values, customer first, mechanics knew their stuff. Took care of the truck first thing in the morning, verry reasonable rates. Put 6,000 more miles on truck over the trip without any problems. Wish they were located closer to home and they would be the only shop i would use.
