The watermelon cream float is very yummy and delicious! The service is super good, and the workers are very nice!
I have yet to have found a decent boba spot until I've found Vivi. This is honestly the best boba experience I've had in Connecticut and it's not even close. I ordered an Espresso Macaroon with Oreo Creme Boba tea and it paired amazingly. The Oreo Creme tasted like drinking heaven through a straw and the macaroon was light and gentle to eat and had the perfect amount of espresso. Everytime I'm in New Haven I'm going here, it's going to become a staple.
What a cute and cozy place to grab some bubble tea, I tried the Passion Fruit QQ!! Definitively a must try!????❤️
Lovely and sweet tea + desserts place. Strategically located, its cute ambiance naturally draws people in. However, it's the yummy drinks that prompt people to return. A lot of the creations seem uniquely created by the store (ie. the refreshing Blue Galaxy). They also offer macarons, coconut biscuits and tidbits. Haven't tried the desserts yet though but quite optimistic they would taste nice as well.
My first time experience here with my boyfriend really upset me and felt like I was scammed. We ordered what we wanted, Taro crème brûlée and Oreo Crème Brûlée with boba. They tasted horrible, absolutely disgusting. And not only did they taste horrible but also not what I had intended it to be. The drinks looked totally different from the menu which was the first sign. The drink wasn’t even taro or Oreo. So we had to ask why our drinks didn’t taste like either of those and if they got our order wrong but they said those were the toppings and the crème brûlée is the flavor of the drink WHICH SHOULD BE SPECIFIED IN THE MENU!!! And the taro topping was not a good texture. Dried taro with no taste. Couldn’t even finish my drink.
Not only that but the prices were a bit absurd. A single macaron for $4!?!? And those plushies for $25. Ended up spending a little more than 20 bucks on bad boba. Not worth it at all.
Looking back at the reviews, it looked pretty suspicious, not only was there comments from the owner “concerned” at how the bad reviews were “fake” accounts. They matched the same way I felt. And the pictures from the good reviews of the inside looks totally different in my opinion. The service wasn’t all bad though. They took our orders dryly but maybe that’s because of a language barrier. That’s it though. Never again.
Had the blue galaxy drink for the first time and it was so good ???? the people there where so nice too definitely coming back for another blue galaxy
