Can’t say enough good things about this place. I called to order takeout (a medium sausage stuffed pizza). When I arrived a few minutes early, the pizza was fresh and ready to go. This was on a busy Friday night, so I was very pleased to not have to wait. The stuffed pizza is so wildly delicious and, in my opinion, very reasonably priced.
I have dined in in the past and it’s a very cozy, family friendly environment. It can get warm in there so that’s something to be aware of. I have never had any service issues. Wait staff in my experience is friendly and attentive. They do get quite busy sometimes, but the food is well worth the wait.
If you can’t deal with the excess of a stuffed pizza, the other styles of pizza are also very good. But the stuffed pizza is what really shines. You will have leftovers, but don’t worry because it’s just as delicious reheated.
In my opinion as someone who eats too much pizza, Vitale’s is the best not only in Clinton, but in the QC and surrounding areas. There’s a reason they’ve been around for a long time and still manage to pull in a good crowd.
First time dining in, we had a large deep dish meat lovers, and garlic bread with cheese. It was so good. And so filling that we could only eat one piece each, so we brought home a lot of leftovers. I had had a thin crust pizza carry out a few years before but that wasn't my cup of tea. I wish I had tried something different sooner. Wow.
A nice family type pizza place very easy to get to, parking is free and plentiful. The restaurant is pretty roomy with multiple dining areas inside. The restrooms are pretty little so if you are needing a wheelchair it might be difficult but the rest of the restaurant is very easy to navigate with a wheelchair, walker or cane.
The service was outstanding the food came out piping hot and just how we ordered it. The menu had quite a few choice some standard and some more unique. Pizzas were able to be ordered to each patrons liking.
It had been awhile since I'd been. Went back and wasn't disappointed!
It was a fairly busy Friday night. Service was good! We went deep dish so expected to be a long wait. It wasn't a bad wait even though they were busy.
It was worth it! The deep dish was great! Two pieces after cheese bread was plenty!
It's a great place to easily accessible. A little noisy but not too bad. Simple no frills great food!
Moved here from the East coast so I know pizza! This pizza is really, really, really good. Excellent sauce, great cheese. Really hit the spot. Excellent service, really nice people. Definitely will be back! We even took a pie home!
Pizza is amazing. Our server kept our glasses full. The lasagna and bread with the sauce is to die for. We drive a hour just to eat here.
Omg! This food is amazing! The cheese bread was the perfect amount of crispy and chewy with awesome flavors! The spaghetti deep dish was surprisingly great! The thin crust BLT would have been perfect if it was mayo and not miraclewhip. I'm sure they would have accommodated had we known ahead of time. Definitely a great place. Don't forget the service, spectacular!
Excellent Chicago style deep dish stuffed crust pizza, amazing flavor. It's a bit pricey but one of these pizzas feeds more people due to how filling it is & is still a good value.
