I took my mother here for a late Mother's Day lunch. She had a great time. The food and drinks were phenomenal. The ambiance was also very nice. I will definitely be returning
I loved my visit at vistamar! The food was good, the drinks were great, views were cute, service was top tier. After 4 drinks and 3 appetizers we only spent about 35 dollars each! Our waiter Hector was perfect, he will be seeing me again!
It's to be expected to pay a bit more on Valentine's Day dining but you at least want the experience at the bare minimum to feel like it's worth it. This was not it. After a $100 per person prefix limited choice menu of an appetizer, entree, side, dessert, and a complimentary glass of champagne with included taxes and gratuity a couple can easily spend over $300 if they decide to have a cocktail or two on top of their selections. The food wasn't bad but it definitely was not $300 plus good. Service and staff were friendly enough and atmosphere was fine but the restaurant was cold inside. Not the best feeling to have on what should have been a cozy and romantic time. I don't know what the prices are like regularly outside of event holidays but I really can't see myself taking another chance going back.
The only downside to this is that parking is for $10, so street parking was the next option to which eas easy to find, some of is had a little walk but nothing much to hurt you.
The entrance is decorated from entry. The atmosphere smells fresh.

You are greeted at the door promptly and ushered to our table with the option of floor or high chair
Once used, it is removed instantly. Frequent check in my waitress and her second. The napkins are white and clean, with a fresh smell. The entertainment was great. For a 5pm reservation, it was appropriate for the crowd. Mickey, minni, Elsa, Snow White, beauty, and beast were amazing. We dined in, a bit of a wait, maybe staff issues as no other client was there at the time. When we were leaving at 8pm, they were doing purse and pocket search (good look). Good experience with a great big difference... thanks for the birthday singing and buddles and big birthday sign.
Berfil the best server very accommodating and attentive that’s why we go out so thank you berfil. Now food wise we did the brunch menu that includes appetizers and main entree it was a miss for us. Me and the hubby. The food was just ok. Nothing special especially for 50 in times like this food need to be better than mine and it just wasn’t. The drinks you have to pick one brunch drink and stick to it don’t like that but she adjusted if you did t like it. I like variety but if your not a drinker you will be ok. The entertainment was spectacular we had a good time. And service was excellent they need to work on the kitchen and maybe their menu I’m in city island I want some seafood in my brunch at least an option. Overall I had a good time but was not satisfied with my food. Thank you for having us.
This was my first time at Vistamar and I am blown away. We had a reservation and were seated as soon as we arrived. The drinks and food are amazing, not to mention the variety of entertainment. The staff were super nice and attentive, specially Lehanny who was our server for the evening. She greeted us with a great smile, and was very attentive to our needs, she continuously checked in on us to make sure we were okay, this with a full restaurant. Lehanny, thank you so much for taking such good care of us!????
Went with 2 friends to celebrate my birthday on a Friday and it was sooo amazing! I’m someone who loves dinner and a show! I was told happy birthday so many times by different part of the staff that it made me feel special regardless of the fact that there were soo many other birthdays being celebrated that night! My friends and i tasted each others food and all of it was delicious!! The showtime drink i had was called the jack sparrow and it was literally smoking when it arrived! It was deeply appreciated that the waitress Gabriela let me know to get my camera ready. And the showtimes the SHOWTIMES were SPECTACULAR! Fully entertained fully picturesque and fully happy belly!!
