This place is such a gem, the service was out of this world! the waitress was kind, and super patient. She was willing to have a chat and recommend what was good, she was taking to us about all the different salsas and telling us which ones she liked while we tried them it was so fun, all of that paired with how good and authentic this food is, makes this place an amazing gem.
This is the third time that we have come to this place, and every time we have been here, Hector welcomes us and takes care of our needs us customers. He gave us chips and tortillas, all we need. Let's not forget that he plays good music, and we get to enjoy hearing my mom singing.
The restaurant is always very clean, including Norma & Maria in the kitchen.
The is unique. We have not found a better menudo in Utah.
The Jamaica was 100% Jamaica, and it was not sugary like other places. It was just perfect.
I recently moved to Stansbury and I was doing some errands in Tooele. I had to stop to eat something really fast and this cute little place was on my way out.
I came around 5pm, the restaurant was empty but it was probably their slow hrs.
Food came super fast and services was good.
I ordered the crispy beef tacos. Plate came with Mexican red rice and beans.
I was looking forward to eat the rice but it just didn’t have that great Mexican red rice flavor :(
The beans looked like they weee watered down so the great natural flavor of beans wasn’t there either.
The crispy tacos were ok… but as in for me, I don’t think I’ll be coming back

Quaint, cozy feel on a cold Friday evening in January. One of the better Mexican Restaurants in Tooele. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and delicious food quality. The music playing was not too overbearing, and set a nice tone/vibe for the ambiance. Their seats are pretty comfortable compared to nearby Mexican Restaurants too. They had a high chair for my child to feel included, which was a bit dirty/sticky, but other than that it was a pleasant experience.
I love Vista Linda. One of the top Mexican food places in town. The food is one of the more authentic places in town. I have never had a bad meal there. I particularly love their burritos and their sopes. They are quick and delicious.
The chips and salsa here are decent. The salsa is a little watered down but has a good flavor. We ordered taco salads. The taco bowls were nice and crispy, not overcooked. I ordered mine with carne asada. It was disappointing that you have to pay extra to get salad dressing on a salad. That's like charging extra for condiments on a burger or charging extra for ketchup for your fries. The food was decent, but not for the price. $42 for two taco salads, the dressing for the salad, and two drinks is a bit much. While the food was decent, we probably wont be back.
Taco Tuesday is our favorite, especially with their deep fried icecream. Yum!
