Food took way to long to come out granted yes we had a large family ordering but still. Asked for my burger to be medium rare. I got well done. The fries were cold but tasty. Could of gone to a fast food joint eaten and gone back before the food came out. In the end the manager took 50% off the order. Half a star added for hospitality and the bartender being nice.

Terrible. If you are thinking about eating at this restaurant on a somewhat busy evening, think again. Order a pizza or google restaurants in your area and go somewhere else where they understand customer service and actually care about it. Waited over 40 minutes for a hummus/pita/cucumber appetizer plate… Nothing to cook... so I am not sure why it took that long… And it would've taken longer had we not complain to the bartender who didn't really seem to care. Had to ask for refills on drinks because bartenders looked at the empty glasses several times and walked away. Bartender had a bit of an attitude with other customers when they were asking for things and other customers had to ask for things two and three times before they got what they wanted. Finally, after over an hour, we had our main course in front of us… Food was OK, nothing to write home about. The chicken with the risotto was a salty chicken breast with brown rice... but I was too hungry to care at that point. Given that we complained quite loudly about the terrible service and the long waits, the manager ended up taking care of our entire check once we were finished. That is the reason for the one star… At least he tried to rectify the situation/apologize by taking care of the check. Bottom line, this restaurant is not in the business of taking care of guests and of having good customer service, they are in the business of putting drinks and food in front of customers when they want to and attempting to making money.
This is the restaurant inside Southbridge hotel and conference center. This is the 3rd year we stayed and ate here and we love it!. The staff is extremely accommodating and will do just about anything to accommodate you and your dinner party. The food is excellent and always served hot and fresh! Highly recommended!
Very pretty decore. We had their breakfast buffet which was very good. Nice selection of allergy free foods. Wished they'd carry a non dairy creamer though!
Is a very nice restaurant with a large breakfast buffet which is done on tthe weekends. Has a good variety of items available on their regular menu.
