As long as you get there early, you will find great parking. The attendant is very nice and helpful.
It's for parking obviously, get here early if you don't want to take too long of a walk. If you don't mind walking then just come at the time you believe to be appropriate to handle whatever matters need to be handled. Not many congestion are difficulties navigating, they have space to accommodate.

This is one place in 757 area code that you don't want to get a ticket at. Virginia Beach courts is the only place that You WILL NOT coming out without owing fines, court cost and or going to jail. It's no winning in Virginia Beach courts. Unless you got an expensive lawyer. Be Aware don't get tickets in a virginia beach.
They need elevators that work in the court house for the disabled people that can't climb stairs

People there are very friendly and polite. I still had to pay my ticket.
