I am an easy going person for the most part, I try my best not to say anything negative but I gotta admit this is a terrible cab company..
I had an important appointment to get to, I called 2 hours ahead of time for a cab, the dispatcher told me it will take 45 minutes, 2 hours passed by and I had no choice but to reschedule my important appointment for another week due to the tardiness of this cab company. I had to cancel the cab and my mission was a failure, thanks a lot!
Terrible. Not on time ever . Such a big population you would think they could afford more cars and staff.terrible attitudes when asked when the requested ride will be here. Not recommended if you need to be on time
I am Very disappointed with this company !! Called numerous times for a ride home for me & my Son, after over 5 hours of calling and waiting they finally show up. They tried to take off before I got out so my son went ahead of me. I go to get in the vehicle to see the back seat filled with crumbs trash ect so I ask the driver if I could sit up front he flat out said No and put his papers there. I was stuck sitting in TRASH as well as Trash on the floor. My son whom has Autism had to give the guy directions to our home for he had No clue where he was going. He also appeared to be on something . After 5 Long hours of waiting I wanted to be home, then I was Overcharged !! Shame on You VIP in Rome NY 2 Very disappointed people that will look elsewhere !!
Horrible service! So rude. The operator hung up on me over 5 times! Acted like he didn't hear me when he did multiple times. Waited for an extra 15 minutes on top of the 40 minutes originally. To find out the cab driver didn't know to come and get me. Ended up canceling the ride!
Long wait (least 1h) if there's a taxi. 5min rides $10. Share rides are frequent But it's not much choices. Need to upgrade cars
I was a regular customer and stopped. Had to use them today and was reminded of why I stopped giving them my money. Dispatchers are incredibly incompetent. It's sad- a once dependable service has turned into an utter joke. Avoid using unless totally necessary.
The dispatcher. Is very rude and unprofessional. They always say it’s a 45 minutes waits time. I told her that I’m a worker. And she tells me she has only one driver. I’m so sick of this company. We need better taxi company in Rome. Vip sucks big time
