It was a pleasant experience for me.
Since i called i felt the good customer service they have, they answered all my questions and detailed me the process that I choose for beauty.
The location is easy to find, there’s a parking lot right in front. Once you entered the Saloon they received with a smile and really make you feel pleasant with the service. They really understand what i want and make it happen.
Price vs Service is great, they currently have Specials for different Holidays.

This place has the worst service ever. I waited 45 minutes to not even be attended when I had an appointment at 4:00. I left without getting my nails done due to this. The lady from the front desk did not know how to attend clients. Please do better. Suite 9320.
Every time that I come here I leave with an even better experience. My hairstylist Eduard is the best! He takes really good care of my hair, plus they use the best products to maintain good care of it. Thanks to all staff for such wonderful attention!
Honestly, I wanted some beautiful coffin nails with violet shading and they instead almost put me in A coffin with the colors they did and the type of nails because apparently they knew better.
Definitely one of my fav to spoil my hair. Cristian is the BEEEEST!!! He always treats me as a queen.
I am not one to write reviews BUT boy does this place deserve it. If you're in need of a salon that has the best of the best, very welcoming, makes you feel like family and won't necessarily break the bank, then PLEASE do yourself a favor and try VIP Salon in Doral.
First off my nails. I have always been a picky and tedious person when it comes to my nails. I found Disney thanks to one of my cousin that recommended her, and I have been religiously going to her since I met her over a year ago. Disney takes her time to literally perfect the art that is manicuring and pedicuring. She will make sure you leave happy and looking forward to your next appointment. I do acrylics nails with her every two weeks, but she is so good at her job and the nails are good to even wait 2-3 weeks (and I work with children constantly washing my hands and putting them in situation where they should break every few days).
I trust her blindly with each design and color, that sometimes I even let her pick what color and design (if I want any) because she has impeccable taste. Make appointment with her in advance because her talents shows with how busy her appointment book is.
Second, for my hair needs, they are all very talented. I personally go to Cristian. I try to go to him at least every week, even for a blow dry. I got my extensions done with him and he left them on me SO WELL no one at my job knows this is not my real hair. Your hair is the crown you never take off, and let me tell you Cristian never lets me leave that place without it GLOWING! I have been wanting to change my hair and do something different and I make sure to consult with him because he is very honest on what would look best, and if you have seen the work he has done, you would trust him too! My mother goes there too and has done her hair with the other hair stylist Eliezer and she has never been happier. He has not only made her hair so much healthier and shiny, but she has seen so much growth by all the natural and great products/procedures they do.
My own mom, my cousins, my aunts, my grandmothers, my grandmothers sisters, my moms friends, we have all made this our salon for the many reasons they have given us. The staff, the owner, Alejandra, and everyone that works here is always so welcoming. They treat you as their own, and make sure they leave you feeling happy and beautiful. From the top of your hair to the tip of your toes, even the cafecito is delicious. Other salons are in it for the money, this salon is defineitly in it to make a change in how we see ourselves.
But do not take my word for it, go in and see for yourself.
Omg Adriana is the best I love it.
Amazing..!! I drive 15miles to 20miles just to get here and I will drive even longer as long as I get my PRican..!! ???? Won't change him for anything or anyone. So far the best.! In South Florida. Way to go @VIP truly the VIP experience.
