My wife chose this place cause she likes open air terraces. I can’t believe i have never eaten here since I’m a valley native. But the food and service is great and the aforementioned open air terrace on Ventura Blvd makes my wife happy and as you already know “happy wife happy life”
I had the corned beef hash with hash browns and my wife had the breakfast combo with French toast. Yummy.
Parking in Bank of America next door is probably your smartest move.
Every time we want to eat a hearty breakfast in the valley, we head straight to VIP's. This place never disappoints. The three of us ordered the breakfast special with Belgian waffles, eggs and sausages, the Denver omelet with hash browns and 2 poached eggs with fruit salad. We shared and it was all yummy. This is a family run business that's been a fixture on Ventura Blvd for many years. The owner is super friendly and the service is excellent.
This place is ways a joy to visit. Super nice staff and the ow.wrs Paul and Lucy always have a nice word. The food is consistently good. We'll definitely be back.

Good food. It's a little hot indoors. They don't pour coffee here if there's no more coffee in the mug. You'll have to buy another mug. I also didn't like the service, we waited about 30 minutes for someone to take our order. Those people who came after us served them before us. And this is taking into account that there were few people in the hall.
I had the best waffle in my life???? It was crispy outside and soft inside…! Everything is clean and everyone in attentive and friendly. The food was delivered fast. Other great thing is that you can park in the parking lot in the back for 90 minutes for free

Incredible cuisine! A hidden treasure indeed! While primarily offering Chinese dishes,there’s a delightful fusion twist. Tried their signature braised beef noodle dish and was blown away. The noodles had the perfect chewiness, the beef was incredibly tender, and the soup base , thicker than anticipated, added an interesting depth of flavour. My husband opted for the ‘send noodle’ dish and was equally impressed. It’s lighter flavour profile still packed a punch
Cute little cafe with nice interior. They have celebrity photos on the wall of all their guests over the years. The owner is very nice and greets all his guests. They have a bar area to sit at, booths, and a patio if you want to eat outside on a nice day. I love coming for breakfast and they have specials if you come before 11am. This time around I had their French toast and my husband had the corn beef hash. They have free parking In the rear of the building, you can't see it from the street but there are signs that will direct you.
