Been wanting to check this spot out and so glad we finally did! Vintage scramble and vintage French toast were 10/10 would order again. Pineapple mimosa was tasty as well. Sat at the bar, super quick and friendly service! Loved the vibe. Lunch menu as well. Will definitely be back!
Nice place with great vintage ambience however I am disappointed with the food. We tried vegetable and cheese omelette with hashbrowns and chicken dip with French fries. French fries is the tastiest item out of all. Rest all are pretty bland. Service is fine and the prices are reasonable.
Found this spot while walking around and it was fantastic. Had the Vintage French Toast. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the ham was good and the French toast, coated in corn flakes was amazing. Perfect portions. Staff was great and friendly.
We did a brunch here on the weekend. Seating was immediate: a rarity for Sunday brunch places. I had pancakes and sausages, my wife had eggs Benedict. Food was good, although I found my two pancakes a little tough to cut. My one complaint: the cutlery. Cutting pancakes with the fork left me with a sore index finger. The forks are of poor quality and have edges. Good/better forks have smoother surfaces
Wow, I really enjoyed my meal of sausage lentil soup, French bread and salad with honey mustard dressing. The vintage surroundings only added to the whole experience.
It was a pretty quiet morning for some delicious breakfast. We ordered the PNW Scramble and Eggs Benedict. Generous enough portions that we probably should have split it. Friendly fast service in a nice atmosphere.
Came here for Breakfast yesterday we had:
1.) Meat Omelet
2.) Side of Pancakes
3.) Mini Breakfast with Bacon and sausage
Of course everything tasted yummy and the service is always great!
Btw the new floors the Owner put in are very nice!
The hash browns here are so good!
Monte Cristo was good and Chicken Fried Steak is yummy.
We were visiting Seattle and decided to stop at Vintage Cafe for brunch as it has very high ratings.
The restaurant is in downtown Evertte near the farmers markets which are available on the weekends. It has a diner or more retro vibe going for it. Lots of comfort meal options.
We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get seated, they were busy but had seats available. However I think due to the low number of staff the tables could not be cleaned fast enough for a quicker turn around. Took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive upon ordering, they also forgot about our soup and half way into our meal I had to ask to follow up to remind them. The food tasted ok, nothing superb or special. The portions were decently sized. We felt like the service could definitely be improved but I understand they are probably understaffed. Probably not a repeat in my books but worth a try if you happen to be in the area.
