My boys have been taking the mini bus for over 16 years and over that time there are only a few memorable drivers. Ms. Bruna (Brunilda 104) always gave me a wave hello and goodbye with a smile. Some drivers don’t even turn their face…..
Always on time and always let me know if there was an issue. It’s rare to to get the same driver more than once but I hope that we get her again.
This *school bus* driver sat at a stop sign and watched as I approached - driving down Brighton Avenue with my turn signal on, preparing to turn left on Lafayette Avenue. As I started my turn he pulled out right in front of me forcing me to stop. This individual failed to yield and could have caused an accident if I had been less alert. I expect he thought, a guy on a motorcycle, what's he going to do? I reported it. Did the bus company care? No. I was asked "Did you get the bus number?" even though I provided the exact date, time and location (15:15 on 2019-10-21, Lafayette and Brighton Avenues in Staten Island). I guess the owner doesn't know the route of his own drivers - or encourages aggressive driving.
Was in front of one of their drivers and was repeatedly honked at for driving appropriately (there was a lot of traffic). This driver nearly rear ended us multiple times because he was driving so close to us. We saw children in the bus which was absolutely unsafe. Driving recklessly the entire time we were in front of them. The code for the bus was VS0082 if the company actually cares.
Excellent service received by the driver Brunilda and her companion on the 104 100/100 bus, always attentive, punctual and cordial, more drivers like her
I like Vinny's bus service I rent buses from them all the time the bus is a nice and clean and the prices are reasonable I would recommend anybody go there if they need to rent a bus
