They made me a custom fried ravioli with melted fresh mozzarella! Absolutely delicious! Their pizza never disappointed me once but I was just craving ravioli. Even though I live in the Heights, this place always brings me back for more! A must try!

I ordered a chicken parmigiana platter tonight and this is what I received. I called and the lady said oh she packed it that it was right. I never said the order was wrong MAAM, I said this for a platter is MISSING … this is not a kids meal it’s a platter LADY. VERY RUDE . Then transferred me to the cook who didn’t even speak proper English. They said hold on speak to the manager and then hangs up and never answered my call back !! I ordered late night so I’m assuming he gave me the “left overs” pasta … pasta was even undercook. Don’t play with people food or money when they’re a loyal customer to your establishment. Thats how you lose customers .. I’ll try the other Vinnie’s next time. Where’s the rest of my food is the only question I got left?!
Absolutely the best pizza in the area, but most importantly, the customer service is above and beyond anything you will expect and experience. The restaurant opens at 11 and I called a few minutes before to order pizzas for a 4 year old bday party at school and they said 20 minutes, well I showed showed up 10 minutes later, you know cause of the hungry toddlers, and the older man at the counter was so kind and gracious, he knew I was 10 minutes early but didn’t give me a hard time. He said it would be ready in a few minutes. Not five minutes later I had my pies. He looked in the ovens for pies that were ready and gave them to me. When I say above and beyond, I mean it. Five stars! Thank you!!! The hungry toddlers were very pleased and some had seconds. Delicious pizza done right. Manga! ????????

Today, a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend, a woman took a delivery order of 2 small pies (1 cheese pie & 1 half mushroom and half pineapple) and 2 pastas. She said the delivery would take 45 minutes. We live about 5 blocks away and it took over 1 hour and 30 mins for our delivery to get to us (twice the wait).
When our order arrived, we only received 1 pie and 2 pastas. They were missing our cheese pie. I called back to complain for the long wait and the messed up order.
Guess what she said? She denied it and claimed that we kept switching our order (which we didn’t it was self explanatory order and if she was ever confused, she could’ve confirmed and asked questions, which again, she didn’t). She added she NEVER messes up any order. Cus shes perfect right? She went on and said they only have 1 person taking orders and 1 driver. If that was the case, why did she tell us that delivery would take only45 minutes then? It is very misleading. She could’ve told us that it could take longer since there’s limited workers, which we would’ve understood on a holiday weekend but she continued to make excuses.
As I was talking mid conversation, she put me on hold without letting me know. How rude? She didn’t acknowledge or apologize for any miscommunication, misunderstanding, and inconvenience on their end as a business. If I was a business owner, I would NOT treat my customers this way, esp long time customers who have ordered there for birthdays and special events.
FYI, this delivery order was for a birthday and now we are now 1 pie short. Thanks for the disappointing customer service, Vinnies.
Horrible service, food is just OK but management is so rude. If you order food online and they don’t have it in stock (which happens often) they will not notify you, they just send you a slice of pizza in its place. When you call to complain about this they get angry and refuse to refund you (even though they did not provide you with the food you ordered). Also the pizza is often soggy/undercooked, even when we specifically ask for it to be ‘well done’….order from Stadium Pizza which is right across the street….their pizza is better and service is exceptionally better.
Ordered delivery via Uber eats.
Penne a la Vodka: lacked flavor and had a really runny sauce. Pasta was under cooked.
Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Chicken lacked salt but it was cooked well. Overall the sandwich was bland.
Pizza French fries: the saving grace of our order. It wasn't great but it did the job. Didn't really taste like pizza. It tasted more like French fries with cheese and marinara sauce on top.
At least we have a good amount of bread that came with the order.
Pizza here is way better than any place in bayonne. More than enough cheese, sauce is good, crust has a slight crunch and they keep their hands clean unlike some places I've seen in bayonne where they will touch money then go back to making a pizza ????.
I went to this establishment and ordered a large pie. I wanted forever for the pie and when I brought it home it was cold. I only live 10 min away from the place. The pizza is decent when I heated it up but I wouldn’t suggest going to this establishment unless you ordered ahead of time. So you don’t have to wait there forever to get a pie.
