Wade is the kind of professional who is so easy and pleasant to interact with that you almost forget to notice how exceptionally good he is at his job. Vinnie's repaired my damaged vehicle quickly, expertly, surprisingly inexpensively (!), and with a measure of kindness that means a lot to someone likely stressed out about their car accident. The expert technician did a fantastic job as well! I am really grateful to this business and can't recommend it highly enough.
Read the reviews, seemed like a nice shop, stay away. I drive a white Tundra with steel aftermarket bumpers, the bumper part is important so keep it in mind. I showed up here earlier this year for a quote and an estimate on some minor damage. This dent was less than a days of work if it wasn't sitting in the yard, waiting. Younger kid that worked there said he'd call me back in "two months" and get me in to work on my truck. I waited nearly six months for him to call me back. He calls crying about how he was so busy, that he couldn't fit me in. He seemed genuinely upset that he couldn't accomodate me reasonably. I was understanding and compasionate which was my second mistake. I let it slide and asked him if he could promise to get me in within the next month or two to which he obliged. He calls me within 2 weeks and starts asking me if I ordered a replacement factory bumper cap for my truck to which I obviously replied with "I don't have bumper caps and the damage is on the body panel near the wheel well.". He stops and then says he can get me in the next day. Never showed up. You wasted months of my time because "we were waiting on a part" that I never needed or asked for.
I went to another auto body shop that gave me an estimate of $975.00 to repair the hood of my car. I went to Vinnie's and the service man asked if I minded if he tried something before he gave me an estimate. He promised he would not damage the car. 20 minutes later, the car looked BRAND NEW ! I asked how much I owed him and he said - NOTHING. WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN? Amazingly honest people there. Highly Highly recommend !

I brought a couple of my Acura’s there for dings and scratches in the paint. And they have fixed them in minutes and made them look like they were never there. Did not overcharge and their prices were very reasonable.
