DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got my break pads replaced some time ago and I recently had issues with my car breaks. I hear from my new mechanic that this place did not clean my break hubs when replacing my break pads. Due to them not cleaning my break hubs, my rotors warped and I had to get them replaced. This led to other issues as well. Long story short it cost me $1,400 worth of repairs all because they didn’t clean the hubs. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want issues further down the road due to their carelessness.

I went to ISE a few times before I finally came to see Zack. The former sent me away for all of my concerns over the course of a year, which ended up costing me a lot of money after these issues were neglected for so long. I took care of those issues at another mechanic’s and they didn’t do a great job. After Zack recently serviced my vehicle- everything works great. He is a good person, honest and reliable. I wish I had come here sooner.

I had an incredible experience at Vine Auto recently. Ive been taking my Honda Civic to them for years. They always help me decide what can be put off and what needs to be handled right away. They help me determine timelines for my budget.
I drove across country last year and they put new tires on my car. I would up having an issue with one of the tires and when I came back in town 6 months later I brought up the issue and showed them photos. They said even though they didn't think it was their fault they gave me a deal on my oil change to make it up to me. They are just good people and have always treated me very well.
They are good and honest fellas. They do fast and fair work. I always feel confident after I get my car back from them.
I absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Zack is the best! My car broke down nearby so I ended up at Vine out of necessity, but couldn’t be happier with the work. They were were upfront and accurate with pricing estimates, ordered and installed the new parts in just two days, showed me the damaged parts and explained the issues, and even took me for a test drive with the repaired car. The car is 15 years old and now drives like new, and the repairs are also covered by a one year warrantee.
Finally an auto shop I can trust! They quoted me much lower price than pep boys and let me know exactly what they would be doing for how much. I will continue to come back and recommend this place!
cannot review their actual services but the price is way too high. the mechanic in the valley i’ve been visiting loyally for 7+ years charges half what they do for an oil change and his work is unbeatable. don’t pay $85 for just an oil change. even driving somewhere far away for a better price is probably worth your time
