There was a long line that usually means it's really really good. And all the reviews are really really good. So I ordered and waited about 20 minutes or more for a large pastrami and a large tuna melt. The pastrami was tasty but I must tell you there was very very little pastrami in it... but the dressings and the add-ons were very fresh. My tuna melt had so little tuna, I could only taste the lettuce and tomato. Oh well. $25. Not worth it. Canter's it's is not.
Terrible. Wasn’t worth it at all. There wasn’t any pastrami in my sandwich and the other barely had a few slices of cold cuts. If you can’t afford to give a good amount of food worth the money, then I suggest you shut down your doors. I really feel ripped off! A refund is due to us!
Got a sandwich to go for lunch – Vince’s deli truly has some loaded, action packed sandwiches. Got a turkey sandwich on sourdough with avocado and I have to say it’s one of the better sandwiches I’ve had in a while. I would go out of my way for the sandwich in Pasadena. I read the sandwich of 4 1/2 out of five – the only thing it would be missing would be a little bit of salt and pepper seasoning.
So I read through some of previous reviews, positive and negative. I decided to try it myself. I came slightly before the lunch rush and the wait was short. 3 minutes after I placed my order there was a line out the door.
Moderate wait for tasty sandwiches. I am decently pleased. There is a reg size and a large size. The difference is the amount of meat added to the same size sandwich.
Bottled drinks and sofa fountain; assorted chips, some non-gmo-verified.
Seating limited: 8 seats at 4 tables, 6 stools at 3 high tables. Deli is setup for easy lunch pit stop or order pickup. Easy payment for food through the clover register system.
Will come again.
Love this sandwich shop’s awesome food decent prices good service . Great if you’re in a rush and want a sub sandwich to go .
Hubby and me have come here to Vince’s Deli, for years now. We’ve loved everything we’ve ordered! If the sandwich doesn’t say it comes with cheese, then make sure you order it on the sandwich. My husband really enjoys the pastrami one, and I like the avocado and Turkey.
We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches today, since I needed to fats for some blood work, mine was the eggs and Mayo one, and I added cheese and mustard. Hubby ordered eggs, bacon, Mayo. And they were delicious!! And as a heads up, it’s scrambled eggs.
Eek sorry ordered Italian sub with peppers and onion got a roast beef with avocado? No one else was there. Breakfast sandwich also was terrible
Tasty sandwiches. Decent free parking.
