Best KPortal Reviews

Popped into the Village Tea Rooms whilst at work. Staff where very friendly. Ordered the full English which came out in good time and was one of the best breakfasts I've had for a long time. Will definitely be going back. Thanks
Visited Headcorn today and had lunch in The Village Tearooms. I had chicken curry and my husband had mushroom omelette. We found the staff friendly and attentive , the food very tasty and they brought our dog a bowl of water without us even having to ask. Everywhere was clean and it was busy with a great, friendly atmosphere.
Went to the village tea rooms for an anniversary lunch. Great staff and a wonderful selection of good honest food. Never disappointed. Always had fantastic meals here.????????????????????
I was a bit apprehensive as previous reviews were pretty mixed. I am a local motorcyclist and do visit quite a few cafes and tearooms for breakfast (it's what bikers do). I opted for the small breakfast which was actually quite nice. The sausage was more like a chipolata but was very tasty. The egg although had fat on where it hadn't been drained properly but wasn't too bad. I was offered 'bubble and squeak' which was also nice. The toast came to my surprise with a pot of marmalade which was a nice touch.
When I went to pay, I was a bit disappointed to be charged £2 extra for the 'bubble and squeak' as it wasn't clear that this was an extra and I think took the price to the same as the full breakfast. At £12.95 it was a little more expensive that what I consider to be a typical price but the food was quite nice.
Will I come again? Yes, I will knowing what to expect as I like to visit different places but I will add it to my 'B' list and will try a few other establishments that are close by.
Simple cafe for an all-day breakfast. Food was ok but very greasy. Cutlery wasn’t cleaned properly, nor the table. Server seemed to not want to be there, maybe just a bad day. Couple of other servers seemed more polite. Egg shell in the fried egg wasn’t really welcome either.
Lovely place , friendly staff and good value for money and nice food , had 2 large baked home made warm scones with cream and jam and pot of tea for £6.50. My daughter had a vegan breakfast which was very large 2 sausage 2egg tomato mushrooms beans 2 slices of toast with butter and a coffee for £10
*AVOID*.
Overpriced food, food staff, dirty tables and the kids chicken nuggets are disgusting ????. Cook at home. Please do not give your money to this poorly run business. They do not make you feel welcome or do they serve nice clean food.
I won't be returning and I honestly believe I caught the flu from this place.
Very pleasant village cafe with a varied menu, from breakfasts, sandwiches, toasties and more main meals. Usual selection of hot and cold drinks. Period property in the High Street and polite staff.
