Beware , do not use. Most expensive tow truck service in area. Rates are posted below for everyone’s reference. Will not use again. $9500 for dump truck roll over.

My vehicle was towed here because of a small accident. They don't fix the vehicles they only work on large trucks etc. So I had to get another tow to a different place to be fixed.

I was towed by Bob after an accident on the interstate. He was very kind, patient and considerate and made sure my dog and I were delivered to a safe place. Bob even dropped the vehicle off the flat bed at the hotel to let me get what I needed for the night. He let me know what I needed to do to get the remainder of my belongings out of the vehicle the next day. The office staff was helpful and professional and helped me figure out the next step to get the van to a body shop. Even the dog, Scruffy, was friendly!

My brothers car got towed here after an accident, we came from 10 hours away and not even to our destination when the accident happened, there was no way to get the stuff out of the car at the time of the accident. The tower didn’t mention that they were already closed or when their hours of operation are. The owner pulls up just to tell us they are closed and making it a huge deal because they would have to “turn the security cameras on and put the dogs up” instead of simply just letting us get our stuff out of the vehicle, as if their miscommunication was on our part. We eventually was able to get our things out but he wasted 20 minutes of our time arguing with us instead of just letting us get the rest of our stuff.

My wife and 3 young daughters decided they wanted to take a large trip this summer in a small RV we have. 4 week trip from Fl to Missouri - Michigan - Canada - Niagara Falls - Pennsylvania - Virgina - South Carolina back down to Fl. Three hours later on a Saturday, Village Motors in Lake Village, IN has them back on the road fixing the spark plug blow out. So thankful for them for helping my family and excited for them to be able to continue their journey.

I WONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. They told me I can pay buy credit card but later on they want all the payment via EFS or com check. It was $1853 as we agreed. I somehow managed to pay via EFS and when my driver went to pickup the truck they asked for $400 more otherwise wont gave the truck back. They also left the tensioner loose and it broke the fan blades BE AWARE

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! My friends and I locked our keys in our car at Conrad Station pretty much in the middle of nowhere. We were there for about an hour and a half. Maybe one car drove by the whole time. We called a police department and got a recording that told us to leave a message and we still haven’t gotten a call back 5 days later…. lol. Called the Sheriff and they recommended Village Motors. While doing that another one of us is trying to get through to AAA. Anyways, these guys were so friendly and funny (which we really needed at this point) on the phone and got there pretty quickly. Mike helped us get on our way in minutes. He also was very friendly and professional. We were so grateful we were practically in tears because we just took a road trip to Indiana for a couple days to do a little hiking at Turkey Run and the surrounding area and Indiana is NOT a friendly state at all. You guys need to rethink that Hoosier hospitality thing. Village Motors gets an A+++ for top notch service. Thank you so much!!!

Avoid this company at all cost!! They are nothing but scam artists and crooks. They lied to me when they said my truck was fixed. I paid them and drove it away to find out it wasn’t fixed properly. I guess it’s my fault for paying first without checking it. I immediately drove the truck back to them and they wouldn’t do nothing about it. Also to make things better they lost my key to my truck while it was in their possession. Luckily I had a spare key with me. Very unprofessional. They do not care about their customers. Do Not use this company
