Ordered a To-Go order. Missing half the meal even though the lady said she packaged it herself. I called to let them know and I was treated very badly put on hold for over 9 mins. They wouldn't answer my call after that. I wanted the meal that they stole credited back to the card that was used. Now I want a full refund on everything! Do not go to this location the employees are thieves! I would give them a zero for every category but I am forced to give them a one star. Village Inn do better for the working people this is our hard earned money. I promise I will never frequent your restaurant again.
We went in for a late dinner and ordered the VIB selections - the hostess greeted us and seated us promptly. The waiter, Michael brought over the menus and water and took our order a few minutes later, checked on us after our food arrived and after we were finished. The portions were generous and the food was delicious! We were very surprised at how good the meal was as we weren’t expecting it at a Village Inn. Then we found out they are a franchise and are working on providing good food and service! THEY HAVE SUCCEEDED! We were very impressed and WILL return!
Please make sure your staff either slows down to listen to customers, or if they're not entirely sure ask to make sure they give theircustomersthe right order. My sister and I ordered the California skillet and asked for toast and English muffin instead of pancakes and was still given pancakes. Waitress was kind enough to give us what we had asked for even though i said it was okay but we felt bad for wasting some of the pancakes as we were too full to finish. We ordered pie to go and I was disappointed when I got home to find a lemon Supreme instead of lemon meringue. I don't like wipped cream or that stuff the lemon part is on on the Supreme. Guess I should have looked in the bag first, but really one whould think you'd get what you ordered...
Today is 3-10-24. Dylan, our server, was THE BEST server I've ever come across! He was knowledgeable about the menu, options, and how things are prepared. He was kind, respectful, and fast! He got our orders right, checked on us regularly, asked if everything was OK, if we needed anything, etc. He was everything a great server should be, and get this- he has only been a server for a few months! Wow! This kind of top notch work ethic will get him far! Great job, Dylan! You made a great breakfast AMAZING!!!! ????????????
I took my elderly mom here for a late breakfast. I had the Eggs Benedict and my mom had scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast. The eggs on the English muffin were properly cooked, and the hollandaise was tasty. The hash browns were a bit anemic and soggy. My mom enjoyed her meal. The eggs were nicely cooked as were the sausage links. The service was good for a Sunday. The restaurant was in good repair and well-appointed.
I really enjoyed my meal, I found the service lacking. I got the impression the server was more interested in tables that they perceived they would get more tip from. In other words, I was eating alone, and the tables around me had more people. I still tipped well because I have worked as a wait person and know how hard it is to make good money as a wait person. The eggs were overcooked in my skillet meal, which is a fact I would have shared with my wait person had they bothered to ask how my meal was!
We were just there a couple days ago and the service was great. There were only about 10 of us in the restaurant so maybe that was it. But the food was great, waitress was great, prices were cheaper than most places.
There wasnt anyone there when we got there. Never a good sign. not even someone to greet you!! Of course food came.out pretty fast. But my youngest son's kids cheese Burger was shaped weird. Oh then they forgot the cheese. Then we found blood on the bun. The manager just made a joke about it. The floors where littered with trash. All we had was water and apparently that was hard to refill as well.
