Went because they had a green chili breakfast burrito. Floor was dirty and place was dead. Got iced tea. Had like 4 cubes of ice. Burrito was big af but also bland af. The chili on it was red and flavorless. The receipt even said green chili. Hugely disappointed. Overall cannot recommend
Service and food was very good. Clean atmosphere and quiet.
We were happy with our server. It smelled awful where we sat that hadn't been cleaned. The carpet was filthy bad and under the table. Then the wall by us was really dirty with black fingerprints.
That ruined our appetite!
We paid and left a nice tip, I just hope the guy got the ten bucks.
I won't recommend this place when passing through Douglas.

Also, the workers evidently don't know how to greet with a smile, at least.
Great little place to eat! Food was very good (they serve breakfast all day)! Service was very good and friendly. Very clean and nice atmosphere.
We had a delicious breakfast even though it was noon. Our waitress was perfect. They had quality tea and honey. The spinach omelet and rye toast was very good but the ham slice was exceptionally delicious. Just passing through so will probably not eat here again but if I get near will certainly stop in.
They always have great food. The wait staff are super friendly too. I go here every time I'm in Douglas.
Same awesome food I remember having years ago. I have been gone from the area for years and just moved back. My daughter and son in law took me out to eat and we drove to Douglas just to eat at Village Inn. Service was excellent. Food was so good. I got the Rio Grande skillet like I use to get but I think it was called Santa Fe skillet and the green Chile was as good as it was years ago. Great place to eat.
I'm from out of town and I stopped in for breakfast. I was brought coffee promptly but no one ever came back to take my order. I have been a server for 42 years so I completely understand if the place is busy.. but it was not! I went and ate the truck stop... it was really good!
