I had an unpleasant experience with another customer who seemed to have a problem with me. As a Navy Veteran, I’ve had enough experience dealing with bigots —and this was no exception. Luckily, no one was injured. In fact, I used my witty sense of humor and found a reason to laugh. Sometimes, people act in unbecoming ways because they want attention. After, the bigot slammed his drink on the table, cleared his throat one too many times, and made irrational comments about ‘these people’ —I begin to look at him like he was a clown. Once he realized he wasn’t getting the reaction he expected, he began making complaints to the waiter about his food. Misery loves company, and I am glad I choose JOY every time a Seed of Satan get jumpy. I got the Fried Cod Special with fries and a salad. My meal was fine. I was hoping for more authentic Italian food. However, this restaurant is more American Food than anything. I really enjoyed the Italian inspired murals of the Coliseum in Rome. My unfortunate experience really affected my overall experience/review. I did feel the need to be vigilantly aware of his actions since he seemed upset. I wanted to eat and read my book in peace.
The RUDEST staff. Food was cold and disgusting. I asked for a refund because i ended up not even being able to eat what i ordered and was told “i should have thought about what i ordered and they don’t do refunds” the audacity to serve terrible food like that and then be rude to the customer is honestly beyond me.
2/3/24 had an issue with an order. Called, spoke to manager on duty, after being hung up on multiple times. I never had an issue before, I called today because I was told I'd be credited$20, for the bad experience. About less than half of my order total for the 2xl or large pizzas with 2 toppings via delivery. Today's manager can't find any record of this. Was given tel#, delivery address, name. Nice Hispanic delivery guy and meet the owner in person on my way home one night when I first moved here. I will not return nor suggest this business. John's is way better
Arrived at 5:00 planning on having dinner. Immediately as I walked in the door I was greeted by a host / waitresses. At first she seemed very pleasant until she realized I was not with the party in the other room. She became very rude and pushy. I had a garden salad which is very good and I ordered a pizza to toppings the pizza was disgusting. Too many other places that would appreciate your business don't give this one the time.
I placed in order for a pizza and when I received my order the pizza was cold. I called the restaurant to let to explain to them that I received a pizza that was no longer warm. I was told that they told me that they would deliver my pizza in an hour and they can't believe that within that hour my pizza got cold so there was nothing they could do for me. I worked at Villa de Roma as a child, it was a huge opportunity in our community for us young children who needed a job while we were still in high school. I have also brought parties into their facility with 18 people or more. So I was surprised when I received this horrible customer service. I asked speak to the owner. I was told that the owner was not available and that they will return on Monday. When I asked for the manager's name he hung up on me. This was the first time I've ever had a bad experience at this restaurant. I hope That's a owner hires new employees or they will soon be out of business.
After every Ice Hogs hockey game it's straight there for some great pizza and the deep fried bread sticks. Love that they are open late night.
My first time eating here I only got the calamari Dinner. Calamari was not good I digress everything else was hitting! I just ain’t never had calamari like this, but I will try other things here.
I just ate there yesterday and they just remodeled and it looks so much better inside now then what it did before. I also advise you to get a calzone because it is so cheesy and cheap that I could eat it everyday. I was also served by the nicest server I have ever had. Really good experience I advise you to try it out.
