Jake and Lisa, along with their team of Luca, Pepe, Angela, Orazio, and Eleonora shared so freely their love for Abruzzo that it quickly became infectious. You will not only feel at home when staying at the Villa D'Abruzzo, you'll feel homesick later, when you're not there. There is a powerful draw that can't be explained, but must be experienced. Perhaps much to their chagrin, we now regard them as family, and can't wait to return.

Lisa and Jake have created something special here. From the moment you step into the doors, you feel like family.
There is such warmth, interest and knowledge from all. The food - homemade, soul nourishing, and wonderful.
The entire team have such wonderful knowledge of local history and easily share this with you. The team’s passion and professionalism are evident.
The tours keep you busy and you are presented with wonderfully daily gifts of local colour, culture and culinary delights.
