I wished they were open more than two days a week. Their hours need to be more consistent. I actually ate there when they had indoor dining and not takeout. Their dine in area was small. Service was on the slower side. As for the food quality, the pho was decent but was missing some of the standard pho components like it could have used more noodles. Meat was more than adequate, that was a plus. Unfortunately, prices were more on the higher end for sub par quality. It wasn’t good enough for me to return again.
Food was good and we're glad we went only the menu at the restaurant was not the same as the menu shown on their website. Pho, a variety of vermicelli choices and fried rice were the main dinner options with various appetizers to choose from. Again, the food was good with large portions as the standard (we had pork vermicelli and pork fried rice) ; seemingly had more leftovers than was originally served!! Good, friendly service in a small setting. Be careful when entering the parking lot as it's a tight fit with a hard turn at the front of the restaurant.
Decent spot for a lunch. Clean, quick and pleasant service. Food was pretty good. I had a shrimp bahn mi. Loved it. Bread was fresh and lightly toasted. Shrimp cooked perfectly. Sauce delish. The spring rolls app was ok. Everything was fresh, but the chicken was a little dry and bland. And they didn't have vietnamese coffee. ????. Everything else was great! I would recommend.
Had beef vermicelli, wow! Great flavor, spicy to order. Friendly service, worth the wait for the food. Reasonably priced menu, PLENTY of food for the price. If you go at night, it's difficult to see where to turn because they don't have any lit signs It's right next to the Mobile station, make an immediate right once you turn into the drive. Definitely going back!
The spring rolls were good. They are very friendly and the prices are good but I cannot
in good conscience recommend this place. The beef in the pho came home 100% raw (semi frozen) and the raw beef juice got everywhere. When I called to ask if this was a mistake they instructed me that it was not and that I would have to boil the beef with the raw vegetables myself. I can't say for sure this is a health code violation but it would've been nice to know that the beef comes raw and needs to be cooked at home. It really should be separated from the cooked noodles and raw vegetables but it was all packaged together. Chicken pho was fully cooked but we lost our appetites.
The Pho hit a spot for me on a cold day like today. The soup base, however, wasn't as good... tasted like it's made from a seasoned mix. Getting to the restaurant is tricky because after onto the only inlet from the main road, me and many customers having to back out and make a sharp right to get to their parking lots.
Loi is super nice, food is great too. Food doesn't taste like it was warmed in microwave or sitting under warmer waiting for customers to order. Very fresh
They only have drive thru. Came here twice. First time going: called and placed our order on the phone and sat in the parking lot. They called when the order was ready. When we went to pay, they said their credit card machine wasn't working and could only take cash. So we literally had to find the closest ATM. Wish they could have told us prior when we first placed the order?! Food was decent.
This time, we called to place our order, and they said it'd take 25min. It took 40min and there were absolutely no other people there. We went home to eat, and it was missing so many fixings in our pho and sandwiches. No bean sprouts, jalapenos, or leaves. The broth was SO bland. Only thing good were the spring rolls.
