Really tasty and authentic food for a good price. Staff are friendly and attentive, quick to act if there's anything to ask or want. Been twice and food was delicious both times. Will go again and definitely recommend
Went in, saw the staff wiping their hands on their shirts.. touching their faces and not washing their hands before handling food.
Hygiene inspection needs to be applied.

I honestly love this store! My siblings and I order bubble tea nearly every week, it’s our go to place and the flavours are always amazing. Lychee fruit tea and brown sugar milk tea are our favourites.
I also tried the BBQ pork Banh Mi yesterday and it was so heavenly! The taste was amazing. We are going to eat here for often, it’s a gem amongst the chaos in Eltham. This place is so underrated! And the staff are down to earth and lovely.
LOVE this place! They do amazing bubble teas and super delicious food. There is also a small Asian supermarket in the back that has a lot of cool unique stuff. They are really good portion sizes, a lot and food and good quality for a decent price
Discovered this new local Vietnamese place and thought we would give it a go. Ordered the chicken vietnamese curry which was impressive. Curry was tasty and rice was cooked perfectly. The pork bun thit nuong wasn't bad however there wasn't much noodles compared to alot of other vietnamese places I have eaten at. Maybe more noodles can be given next time? There was decent amount of Pork. The fish sauce was good, not too salty. The pork banh mi was nice. We asked for extra carrots and they gave plenty of carrots. The milk red bean bubble tea was good, not sweet and the taste was so unique reminded me of some drinks I had in Hong Kong. The Vietnamese coffee was okay. Overall we was quite impressed with this place and would come back again especially for the Vietnamese curry.
So happy this place exists in Eltham! Have been craving a good Bánh mì and a proper Vietnamese coffee ever since I visited Vietnam a few years ago. I went for the beef Bánh mì which was really fresh, lots of flavour and pretty filling, it really hits the spot. Even though I didn't see it on the menu, definitely try a Vietnamese coffee if you haven't ever tried one, you'll be hooked from the first sip! Viet Mart itself was nice, clean and simple which I liked and has a few imported items which I will definitely go back for to buy.
So amazing to have this place in Eltham. Friendly staff and really tasty food at great prices. We had a Beef Bánh Mì and Chicken Curry, both super tasty. Fantastic bubble teas as well. A great selection of food in the supermarket, especially the seafood and noodles. I will definitely be back soon, highly recommended.
This was the first time we tried it. We were impressed by the presentation and the portion. They clearly think about how to reduce the waste and how to keep the food fresh and warm!
The delivery was very quick too.
The only downside was my pho was a bit too salty for me.
