First time at here as o was traveling through Tampa. The place was clean and located in a small plaza filled with Vietnamese business.
The place is small but was filled with great decorations. The menu was filled with a lot of authentic food. There were oysters, clams, OC. A variety of noodles and rice dishes.
I ordered the bun no hue, clams and wings. Also ordered the vermicelli bowl with egg rolls and grilled pork. The food came out fast and the service was on point!
I will tell you that they get an A+ for presentation. You know the dishes are made with love! They really care about how the food comes out! The table next door ordered the hot pot and looks great.
The flavor was good in all the dishes! Overall I recommend that you try this place if you haven’t gone before.
Was a little hesitant to hear and try the Goat hotpot but it was delicious. Not gamey at all. Portion was more than enough for 4 of us along with our many appetizers. Very authentic Vietnamese experience. The giant clam was tasty but a bit on the chewy side, the oyster was amazing, the escargot was spicy and the noodles were good. Portion sizes are huge! Food is fresh and delicious. I ordered the seafood dry noodles from a lot of restaurants before, but this spot is the first to add huge scallops. They do not cheap out on the protein which is a plus! Great seasoning and flavors. We came as a group of 4 and everyone really enjoyed their food. Service was efficient and the owner is very nice and friendly. Clean restaurant too! Definitely recommend this spot for authentic Vietnamese food.
We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food here was! We picked this place as the other Vietnamese restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. We are sure glad this happened. The pho was full of flavor with the right amount of fat, the BBH was excellent-I’m really picky about BBH so I was reluctant to order-but so happy I did. The grilled oysters were so really good. We ordered the fish sauce chicken wings, shaken beef and spring rolls. We were satisfied with all of our dishes.
We stopped in at Viet Kitchen for lunch. We started with the Egg Roll Appetizer. My wife had the Pho with (her choice of two beefs being) Ribeye and Flank Steak. I had a Water Morning Glory Stir- Fried With Garlic. (Water Morning Glory is an aquatic Spinach).
I inadvertently failed to photograph both sides of the menu. It offers many more choices than I am depicting.
Viet Kitchen has an excellent number of vegetarian dish choices!!!
The egg rolls (2 in number) were densely filled, nicely fried and well-flavored.
My wife's Pho was sizable and tasty. I really enjoyed my Water Morning Glory, perhaps largely because the Garlic with which it was stir-fried complemented it so well. The dish was accompanied by a large bowl of rice.
I am attaching a photo of the ambience, which is comfortable with some tables against the wall having cushions for the back. The service was responsive and appreciated.
We will come back to Viet Kitchen and highly recommend this fine restaurant
Great foods, nice customer service. We ordered seafood noodles soup, rice plate, eggs rolls, chicken wings, snells dishes, oysters, salt and pepper shrimps, stir fried veggies with tofus. Everything is phenomenal, great qualities. This will be our place from now on whenever we’re here in this coast. We’re the picky eaters….so trust our words for this
The food was great- closest I could find to my mother's cooking. Very real, very authentic. The appetizers and desserts were similar to restaurants I've had growing up. The lady was extremely kind and attentive and talked to me very comforting like I was her child. Then gave me 2 free desserts. My only complaint is that it is so far from my apartment I would come here weekly if I could.

We've dined at Viet kitchen several times & loved it each time! The food is consistently good!!
Our favorites are the Viet chicken wings & shaken beef.
We've recommended this restaurant to several friends & will continue to do so!
