My 2007 Hyundai needed major work done (seals, timing belt, transmission etc.) and an outside mechanic recommended Victory Auto & Transmission. Chip, Sophia and Zac all did a great job! Clean shop, excellent mechanical work, good explanations, and solid pricing. Totally honest and professional operation.

Chip and his crew at Victory Auto have helped me multiple times. I had an emergency oil leak that they were immediately able to take in, assess and get back on the road in less than 24hrs. I had an interior leak that he was immediately able to look at and tell what the problem and solution were. Chip is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel like I'm being taken care of by family. I'll continue to bring all my vehicles all the way from Richmond right to him for his expertise, attention and personability.

I have taken them two 4runners and a Ford escape and they have done great work. I know Chip and his crew are going to treat my cars right. Highly recommend Victory Auto.

Was very impress with the professionalism and level of service. Preformed a service I had been trying to do myself, unsuccessfully, for 5 hours. In less than an hour my issue was resolved. The price was more than reasonable. I will be taking my business here because they are reliable, extremely competent, and I know I can trust them.
