5/5 stars! I was so nervous to cut my hair (it’s been so long) and Nayeli was so sweet and did an amazing job I love my hair cut!
Although I don’t speak Spanish, she gave me exactly what I wanted. She was professional and despite the language barrier we were able to communicate clearly and effectively. I will definitely be coming back, as the staff was friendly and it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.
It's the second time I schedule an appointment in advance with them. Waited an hour, and they were still busy with other customers . I think they should review their slots and only schedule a few people. Why even make an appointment if you have to wait 45 min to an hour or more! I didn't stay to find out.
I was looking for a new hair stylist and I found a great one. Graciela did my haircut exactly how I wanted.
