I give Mira and Victoria's Beauty Boutique absolutely five stars! I asked Mira to give me a style for a fancy party around the holidays and she was so welcoming and took me at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon.... most importantly, my hair looked fantastic!. Mira also cut and styled my daughter's hair on the same day for our same party as you will see in our photographs. The boutique is wonderful, and a great example of a locally-owned Norwood Park area business. I go out of my way to support independently-owned businesses and Victoria's Beauty Boutique really was excellent.
Mira is very talented and friendly. She does a great job from haircuts to up dos. She also does beautiful make up! Thank you Mira for always doing a beautiful job with my hair and make up!
Mira, the owner, gave me one of the best haircuts of my life in October! She knows how to cut hair. She knows how to cut side bangs and a bob! She transformed my lackluster, style-less hair into something that frames my face, hides my deficiencies, and is easy to take care of afterward. (My last stylist would do my hair and a few days later it just looked meh). My daughters both asked for extreme styles that lopped off 5 inches for each of them and wow, do they look cute too. I've recommended Mira to friends since my first and subsequent visits, but I also secretly want to keep her all to myself. I'm glad I took a chance on a place close to home... BTW I also like how mellow and not-chatty she is. Just smiles and talks as much as you do. She doesn't strong arm you into the style she thinks you should have, either. Totally easygoing and her prices are phenomenal.
Love, love, love this salon! Mira is the best!!! My sister, niece and I began going to Victoria's soon after it opened and have referred several of our friends. Mira offers an exceptional level of professonalism, patience and kindness, as well as a full array of services. She takes the time to ensure you are completely satisfied.....and I always have been! Highly recommend Mira and her salon - a 10 out of 10!
Victoria's is wonderful. They have 5 hair stylists & 2 manicurists. They are all good, and each with a special talent. Helga especially is great, she always encourages you to try a new & current hairstyle, and if you don't like it, she will do it again, but I always like her suggestions. She is up to date on all current styles & cuts. I highly recommend this shop. If you are looking for a great experience, this is the place to go.
I'm always happy with my haircut by Mira. She listens to what I want and also makes suggestions for my hair type as well. The prices are great too.
I've been looking for a place that just feels right - and this is the place! Mira (the owner) did a wonderful job in fixing my cut (from previous bad cuts at other places) and gave me a color touchup - at a very very reasonable price!! She cared for every strand of my hair (never felt rushed out of there). I would highly recommend asking for Mira! they have other services there too (I am going to make an appointment for a facial; they have an esthetician on staff) Looking forward to more wonderful days of some 'me' time here!
Mira did a fantastic job with a beautiful updo and makeup. Can't wait to return for a haircut someday.
