We popped a tire on a pothole in our car. The tires still have a lot of miles left on them, so we opted for a used tire to match the others more than a new tire would. I was referred to Victor's by a couple different people. I showed up, they got me in the shop right away. They brought the tire in for me to look at. The tread looked good and it was wet and kind of soapy, so i assume they did that looking for any possible holes. It is a Firestone tire and actually had more tread than the other tires on my car. It looks almost new. It's been a week now and i have had no issues with it. The mechanic even put my spare back where it was supposed to be instead of just tossing it in the trunk. They were very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely use them again.
He sold us a bad 48 dollar tire I had problems from day one with that tire. I have to air it up every 2 to 3 days never recommend this place to no one. He doesn't even deserve a star. The only reason why I put one star bc I had 2 but if it was my choice he doesn't deserve it.
Went here for a nail in my tire. Guy that fixed it didn't give my hub lock back and also forgot to put on all the lug nuts.. now forced to go to Buick garage to have all lug locks taken off as well as buy a new lug nut.. $20 nail removal just cost me $600 Thanks for nothing...
My friend and I were coming home from a conference when the car started to vibrate/shake badly. We knew it had to be a tire issue so we pulled over in Longview. Within 20 minutes, we were back on the road with a new tire (that was also more affordable than we anticipated)! Very thankful for their help!! Highly recommend!
We called so many times on Saturday and Sunday “during business hours” and no answer. We are in dire need of used tires. Husband went by there Sunday morning “during business hours” and they’re closed. If you want to run an efficient and good business, update your hours, make a message on phone about hours or at the very least make a sign and put it on your business. Very upset and wanted Victor’s because of the good reviews. Lost our business and we needed four truck tires. Good job????

Absolutely fantastic! Our tire blew while 6 hours into a 12 hour trip at 6 PM. We had to put a donut tire on that was definitely NOT gonna make it another 6 hours. We pulled in 10 minutes after closing hoping that someone could possibly help and Mario immediately jumped on it to help us after he had already locked up the shop. We were there 40 minutes passed closing when he was done and Mario was so nice and helpful the entire time. My family so appreciates his willingness to help us. If anyone is having issues in the Longview area I 100% recommend heading to see Mario at Victor’s. If we ever have tire issues around this area in the future we will definitely be back to see them. Thank you thank you thank you so much for your compassion and hospitality!
