25 y/o male - I have been seeing Rick on and off since I was sixteen for haircuts. I can honestly say I've never left their salon concerned with how I look. Having entered the professional, career world recently, this is the only place I will go for a haircut. As they have expanded their number in stylists, the quality of their professionalism has not decreased in any way. If I cannot see Rick then I have no problem seeing anyone else, because I know that Rick has the expectation of professionalism from his team.

I went in today and got my haircut with a new style in mind and even with a lady that I have never had my hair cut by before (Ashley), the outcome was excellent. She was able to give me advice on styling, product, and even what shampoo to use to best fit the needs of my hair.

If it were possible, I'd give them a 6/5 because to me, the company as a whole has set a standard of excellence that I have yet to see anywhere else.

Finding Victor Russell in Saint Cloud was like discovering a treasure! There is nothing like a salon where you can get your hair done, get pampered, and where you can trust the owners to give you expert opinions and stand behind their services. I have had a life-long struggle with my very thick and difficult hair. Rick Villard knew *exactly* what to do to make it more manageable for me on a day to day basis. My hair is long and has NEVER looked better!! I found them eight years ago and only wish I had found them sooner. They are wonderful people - amusing, caring, informative. Their facility is sparkling clean and very classy atmosphere where the coffee is always hot and the conversation always entertaining! Thank you Rick, Joe, and Co. l remain your loyal customer!

Victor Russell Salon gave my daughter the most glamorous Prom look! She felt so pampered by the staff and looked amazing! I was also surprised at how you can get Hollywood Glamour for very reasonable prices. Very talented staff!

Alex is amazing! Never had a bad hairstyle. She does it all. Absolutely one of the best!

Highly recommend this salon. It's under new management. Melody cut my hair and did a great job. She took the time to listen to what I asked for and followed through. Definitely will be back!
