Fantastic authentic tacos with homemade corn tortillas that put other places to shame. A++ I lived in the San Diego for a few years and this place is right up there with some of my favorite spots. Make sure to get the tacos the “Vicky’s special” way.
The hype is real!! This place is legit! Very friendly and helpful staff and the food is maybe best in town which is impressive since there is lots of competition. Can’t go wrong with the street tacos. I will be back!!
Today was my first time eating here. The guy at the counter recommended a few things I could try so I ordered 3 Vicky's tacos and a burrito. All 4 were steak.
It was hands down the best burrito I've ever eaten!!! The chips were really good and the tacos were amazing! If you are in Gainesville you must eat here! Can't wait to take my family next time we are in town!
We visited Vickys Tacos very spontaneously and wow we were blown away by the hospitality. The tacos were very good and fully loaded. Tasty as it gets! Complimentary water and the guava berry juice cooler (free of charge) got us going the whole day. Thank you so much! Well impressed.
I remember coming here right when they opened. Instantly knew the al pastor tacos were the best I've ever had. Staff is amazing! Food is authentic! Very clean and professional ???? I will always come here.
Tried the quesatacos, rice, & beans. My son had a shredded beef burrito. Food is amazing, super flavorful and cooked to order, so nice hot and fresh. We had their guava and mango juice and it’s great. Place is a must try.
I ate here for first time. Tacos and strawberry cheesecake. Chorizo taco was best, the other beef ones were tough and chewy for me so I will get all chorizo next time. Cheesecake was delicious too. They were busy at lunch we got there around 11:15 but plenty of seating. Fast service, nice folks, comfortable, great food, clean and authentic vibe. Like the salsa bar with toppings - self serve. Look forward to next visit! Think I'll try the chocolate cake next, looked great! :)
Absolutely fantastic tacos!! I dream about these and crave them everyday! Excellent Al pastor, chorizo, carne Asada, and Chicharrón! The quesotacos are heavenly too! Don’t miss out on Vicky’s special too!
