I recently had my car serviced at vice city automotive , and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by their team. I came in for a routine oil change and inspection, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was in top shape.
The technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which made me feel confident in their abilities. They checked every aspect of my car thoroughly, from the tires to the brakes, and identified any potential issues that needed to be addressed.
The oil change was done quickly and efficiently, and they used high-quality oil and filters to ensure that my car would continue to run smoothly. I appreciated the fact that they also checked and topped off all of the fluids in my car, which is something that not all shops do.

I recently had to get my brake pads changed aswell as my engine oil. I was thoroughly pleased with the efficiency of Vice City Automotive. I'm not very knowledgeable on cars, but they had explained everything that was going to be done and what parts were going to be used it made me a bit more confident of the process. They even went above and beyond and top of any liquids that were low and did a free inspection of the vehicle notifying me of any issues that might arise in the future so I can start planning for them. All in all i was able to get my car back quickly and
my car is in better condition than before. I will definitely be coming back for further servicing.
STAY AWAY
I had struts replacements to do on my mazda5. I called Vice city automotive, an appointment was made, and the work was done pretty quickly by Luis. We even chose to pay a little extra because of the time it took (struts were really stuck and work took around 6 hours instead of 2h).
Being satisfied after that work, I called them back since my mazda5 needed replacements of both front control arms.
First it took more than a week for Luis to answer calls/text messages.
Then Luis asked for $150 in advance to pay for the parts. After we paid Luis stopped answering messages or calls. We tried all the available numbers we had. The work was never done, our calls and messages never answered, and our money never given back. STAY AWAY
I called this guy when I discovered my flat tire while at Best Buy. When I called him, he said he’d be finished with his current oil change in 20 minutes. I told him what car I drive and that I was at the McDonalds waiting for him. I asked him to confirm his arrival time and he said 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting I called him. Voicemail. I waited a few moments and called again. Voicemail.
I had to drive the car a mile to Tire Kingdom to be repaired. It has been 1 hour 15 minutes and still no call from him.
No bueno!
I had a slow leak from one of my tires, I took it to multiple places but they couldn’t find a solution for me. I ended up calling Luis and his team late Sunday afternoon and they made it out to me in a matter of 30 minutes. They went the extra mile helping me and fixed my issue. It was a leaking valve stem. They even filled up the rest of my tires to the proper tire pressures. Very affordable and convenient.
10 out of 10 recommended them to anyone who is in need of any car service! They worked fast, and were very honest with the work that I needed! Tire kingdom said I needed a certain service, vice city automotive did their inspection and it turned out I didn’t need it. I will be contacting them about all my car needs in the future!
Awesome experience from start to finish. Luis and his team were great. I needed full maintenence done on my nissan sentra and these guys were on time, great prices and even offered financing when I needed it.
10/10 recommended.
Excellent, courteous and prompt service. They not only came to my location within the time specified (15mins) but also patched the tire within record time (another 15mins) to where Tire Plus didn't even give me an option other than replace the tire with the spare. Vice also checked the pressure on the other 3 tires. Highly recommended!!!
