Fantastic service! I have taken my car to them 4 times now for various things, and each time they have been able to take care of it.
They are also exceptional at getting me an appointment very quickly after I call! I also enjoy the fact that they are a classic service station. Feels very timeless, and it makes each repair experience an enjoyable one.
Came here to get a tire fixed. I needed it fixed ASAP, within the same day. Turns out it was unfixable, so I needed a new tire. They helped me easily and efficiently right away. Had my new mounted tire by 5PM. Customer service was top notch. The people working were so kind and understanding. Do not hesitate to come here. They are awesome!
I had surgery recently which made it difficult for me to get in and out of my truck. I was happy to find that Vic's (or their employee Marvin) will pump gas for me and offer to clean my windows. Hard to find personal service like that anymore these days! I highly recommend this station for elderly or disabled drivers who find it hard to pump their own gas! Next time I need a repair, I will surely call them first!
I was highly recommended to go here for car repairs. My car wouldn't start. I called Vic's Service and they came right away and towed my car to the shop. I am not from the area and I had to get home 3 hours away to another state. The staff got me in right away and ran an electrical test and found I needed a new battery. They also gave my vehicle a once over to make sure I was good to travel a lengthy distance. The staff and mechanics were very friendly and extremely helpful! If you're ever in a jam in this area THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO!

I was nervous to bring my vehicle to Vic’s in the first place, but speaking with them I felt reassured. Just to find out that they’re liars. I brought my car in there with a few problems and they seemed happy to fix them, so I paid the hefty bill just to get 10 miles down the road and the same exact issues popped right back up and even worse. Unless you want to be lied to, cheated out of your money and your time wasted I wouldn’t bring your car there.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, went in to get my oil changed. The mechanic working on my car apologized to me for the wait, which was fine at the time. Highly recommend stopping here if you need servicing.
He even pumped my gas, cleaned my window and refused a tip because he felt bad for not getting my car ready sooner.
Had to deal with troublesome insurance after accident and Vic’s crew was super helpful. I trust and value Vic’s work. I always come here for my vehicles to be serviced or repaired. Been going here for at least 6 years. Will still continue to go.
No. Nope. Never again. So sad - a year ago they NYS inspected 3 of my high-end vehicles carefully and with pleasure. This year? Different people and as polar opposite as could be! I called in an appointment, they weren't honestly ready when I showed up on time, and seemed annoyed I was waiting for my car rather than dropping it off. An entire HOUR later I was told the car failed due to the tires! The tires are High-Performance Firestone Indy "summer" tires with 80% life left after less than 2000 adult miles on them! I took the car to another shop 25 miles away and 3 hours later paid another $21 for a fully inspected SAME car in 22 minutes! Save yourself time, money and aggression going elsewhere!! 0 stars if I could!
