Had the Thursday menu (see pic). Found it to be overpriced considering... Only 3 scallops. Pancetta not cooked properly making it not pleasant to eat. Herb crusted haddock tasted pre-made. Veg of mange tout and green beans wouldn't be my first choice. "Fizz" was a cheap carver.
Fish and Fizz on Thursdays. Very tasty dishes and attentive staff.
Absolutely delicious lunch. Hake and fennel, Newport bay crab cakes, hamburger, all first rate and made with love. Friendly service too. An antidote to some of the awful rubbish served up along he Pembrokeshire coastal path.
Perfect spot for lunch. Food is yummy and the staff are very helpful. Freshly prepared food and lots of specials on the board. Worth stopping here and it looks like the breakfasts look good too.
Very good coffee, pleasant helpful staff. Pretentious and expensive menu. Please serve food on a plate not a chopping board.

Good coffee and nice decor, sadly was a bit early in my day to try one of the delicious looking cakes.
One of the few places in Newport which disappointed. Food was average, as was the service. Nice salt!
