Highly recommend the ploughman’s, staff exceptionally friendly and great service. Pop into the deli next door who have a really nice selection of chutneys and more
Such a lovely place to visit. Food is homemade and fantastic. Owners are lovely and nothing is too much. There are a variety of toys, books and games to entertain little ones. There's also outdoor seating and toys for the warmer months. This is the second time we've been here and look forward to coming back again soon.
We came across this café by chance. Initially I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay or not, the decor and atmosphere don't feel very warm. But we ordered veggie breakfasts and sat outside in the sun. The lady serving us had only just started working there but was absolutely brilliant, actually the whole team were lovely and efficient. And the breakfast was beyond expectations! Veggie sausages actually tasted great and portions were really generous. Ashame we can't actually see the viaduct from the café.
TLDR: Good value for money; needs to put in some more effort with decor/furniture etc.
Went to the Viaduct cafe and its under new management. Was in the there to have a breakfast to was nicely done proper sausage and when I asked for a large breakfast I got a large my dad's breakfast was a small and it was a good size the only thing i will say that is could use decent tea-bags as i like a good cuppawith a good breakfast. Will be definitely going back there soon .

Food was fantastic and the service was second to none the lady who served us was fantastic
The team did really well to cater for our unannounced table of 9 for breakfast. Food was lovely, service was great. The young man behind the counter did well remembering our big order and preparing our drinks. Will definitely return and next time try the cakes.
Popped in for a late breakfast, the staff were friendly and offered fantastic service. Will be coming back often.
Lovely place for coffee and homemade cakes and great for lunches.
