Went to order 11 cheeseburgers for my crew. I do this every day all over three states. I was told They would NOT complete my order without driving 15 minutes to pay for it first. And then my crew would have to wait even longer to eat. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. This is very poor business ethics. Will never come or support this place again!!
Stopped serving me when I complained about the guy in the morning overcharging me. When Sam is cooking, he charges the correct prices. When Sam isn't working, he charges you what he wants. Brought it up to Sam and he basically defended him. Beware.
My favorite items to order are the beef, & chicken empanadas & the lamb over rice. The rice is biryani style it's so good. Super convenient pickup.
I think customer service was poor. I asked if they could put the cold vegs on the side. It made my hot food get cold & the guy told me her couldn't. My rice was cold, I couldn't reheat it cuz the lettuce would've gotten welted

New owners, maybe it will get better. Hit or miss for quality of prepared foods dependant on the cook. Taste is fine but quality is debatable. Got my order wrong 3 times in a row, either a language barrier or sheer ignorance could be the issue. Seems to be a lack of concern and effort. Update: Apparently they weren't operating with a valid food service permit. Be cautious.
This place has come so far!! The food is amazing! The employees are even better! Maria and Sam always go above and beyond for me and others! I can not recommend this place enough!
