Steve is awesome and their crew can handle anything I throw at them and he has never failed me yet, From suspension work to motor mounts, chewed up wiring, seats completely taken out and fixed to brake control modules I wouldn't take my car any where else it's just not worth it way to many dishonest people out there so they have my business as long as I'm driving
Steve was honest knowledgeable and quick to fix the issue I was having with my car. I Walked in for an appointment, and was given one for the next day, my car was fixed and return to me by the end of the day. The price was extremely reasonable. Only person I'll take my car to from now on.
Steve at Vern's made time for my daughter-in-law to bring in a car for a pre-purchase inspection with about an hour's notice (I'm not saying Vern's can do this all the time, just that they made it work this time.) For $45, they found all kinds of damage under the car that made it clear that she couldn't rely on the car without spending a fortune on repairs (rusted-out frame issues, leaking struts, a broken coil spring on the front--serious issues.) We trust Vern's because of past experience with them.
Our car was towed to Verns from another shop for an engine issue. It was fixed the day it was towed. We got a call promptly to explain what it was and why it was an issue. Will definitely use in the future for any other issues.

I have been an ongoing customer here for a while and all I can say is this service makes me feel like family. This is the only place where I don't feel ripped off and comfortable being at. Steve tries to fit you in last minute even when he’s occupied with other appointments. He has always tried his best with my car and the service. I do not like going to any other services due to them ripping you off by selling temporary parts on your car, giving you false information and the way they talk to you. I will forever be grateful for Steve and his crew. This service needs more appreciation than it has.
This place is excellent!! Steve talks with you and tells you the what and why as to what to do and what needs to be done. He has several female customers and that says a lot! These women keep coming back. He treats you like a human being. And he has a since of humor.
