Honest, respectful, hard working family. I would recommend to anyone whether you just have a dent or have been in an accident. These guys will give you a fair price and do a good job! Offered to drive me to and from my office as well.
Had someone take a look at my car. The guy said it was fixable and wrote down my phone number. Said he would get back to me with an estimate. He never ended up calling me back. I called them twice and they never answered the phone. I left a message with my name and phone number and they still never replied. Meanwhile I was paying for a rental and waiting for their response was wasting me money.
These guys do high-quality work in quick fashion and are fairly priced. They had my car turned around in just three business days and charged less than they initially quoted. I'll definitely bring any future body work to Verkamp's.
Confusing phone service. They gave different instructions than the insurance company's instructions on getting an estimate, and didn't follow up after saying they'd let me know in about an hour. Received an abrupt "Okay thanks *click*" when I called to cancel.
