Sunny is the absolute best stylist. Her attention to detail and TALENT is the unmatched in the FCC area. I've never been such a satisfied customer. She makes you feel so welcomed and is always running on time. I highly recommend her for cuts, highlights and her blow outs are amazing.
A hard working owner who knows what she’s doing and willing to work with her customers. I asked for an appointment the day before July 4, when it seemed everyone in town was already on vacation mode and it dawned on me that I should get a haircut before heading off on my trip. She agreed to let me come after her last appointment, which was very kind of her. She gave me a thorough and deep shampoo and still took her time to get my hair done right. Here’s someone who’s willing to go the extra mile or hour. What a rare find!
Friendly service and a great cut. My hair is not easy to cut and rarely do I get a good cut the first time from a new beautician. But Sunny did a great job. Highly recommended.
A Groupon introduced me to this salon, and I'm very happy with the service I received. Jesse did a magnificent job "fixing" my last hair cut (somewhere else) and applying partial highlights. My hair looked great, prompting many compliments and even one referral request. And, they charge very reasonable prices. I'll definitely go back.
The worst salon I ever visited, I bought a Groupon deal for haircut and partial highlights. I have called and booked an appointment. I reached there so that lady was there with one more client. She made me sit and started Washing my hair. She didn't even saw my Groupon Voucher. I asked her about it so she said I know you have called I will take it later. Then she was trying to be sweet but as she started cutting my hair, I don't know what she was doing she was checking her another client too. After cutting my hair I asked her I have to get Partial highlights too, so she said sorry I don't have time come next time.(Thank God she refused) I said but I took appointment she said I felt I only want haircut. Then I asked How will I use my deal now. So she took 40$ for haircut + 10 etc for spoiling my hair by being ashamed. And said use your voucher next time. I was so scared after haircut as I washed my hair at home they all were so uneven. She made them so short. I am feeling not to go out now to show myself to anyone. I don't know about all these good reviews who ever wrote. But believe me don't go this salon.
Had a really pleasant experiences with Jesse. She was open, accommodating, and sweet. I was late and they understood. I came in with overgrown split ends and left with an upgrade, not to mention highlight. Yes they speak perhaps Vietnamese to each other, but so what. They're sweet and both ladies I saw working have great hair which tells you something! I will say she did not know how to layer hair to give me the cut I requested and did not admit to not knowing. Instead she used the razor which results in a shredded look that's popular but I requested tiered layers that you can work with.
I asked for someone who was good with cutting long, really thick hair. The woman I spoke to, Sunny, says come in, I'll take care of you. She was very sweet, but did horrible job cutting my hair. I asked for a few device because she did such a horrible job. My hair was uneven all over. Being sweet doesn't "cut it" when we're talking about a woman's hair. I will not recommend for anyone with thick or long hair to go to her. Unless you want it trimmed with no layers and no uniformity. I was extremely disappointed and might have had better luck at Bubbles salon, because there was no rhyme or reason to the way she was cutting my hair. I've been getting my hair done for over 20 years by a professional and made the mistake of trying someone new, who's closer to home. I asked for a free service, and there was nothing to compensate for the fact that my hair was done so awfully. Nothing was done to try redeem herself. I reached out with email to the company website with no response. I had to go back to my hairdresser this wknd because I am going away and couldn't deal with waiting any longer. Thank goodness my hair was still long enough that I could put it up in a ponytail. My regular hairdresser was in shock at how uneven my hair was, lacking any structure, and that she dry cut and thinks my hair to make it layered. Never again will I go to a novice or trust someone without seeing their work.
people were friendly BUT they messed up my hair. I came in for highlights. they had to apply toner and re-color my hair. I have no highlights. ONLY The TOP of my hair is burgundy ( which is the color highlights I wanted ) but the rest of my hair is brown. To pay $70 to get your hair ruined? I could of done that at home myself. Will NOT BE GOING BACK. I would DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
