Veney’s is our go to for all of our Heating/Cooling needs. We also used them, in emergency mode, to install new HW Heater. They have been so responsive anytime we have called, providing us with same day service to resolve our issues. All Technicians have been professional and knowledgeable. Office staff has been friendly and supportive. Great company to work with, local and on the ball!
This company has the BEST customer service! My AC broke in 95+ degree weather and the part was back-ordered from the factory. They took it upon themselves to search other suppliers for the part, found one over 90 miles away, drove to pick it up, and installed it the next day before my out-of-town guests with an infant arrived. They went way beyond the call of duty to meet my urgent needs.
I’m not a “review guy,” but definitely save yourself some time. I called 3 weeks ago and made an appointment for the following week. Two weeks later, no one has shown up or even attempted to call and explain why. I’d call ANYONE else if you need HVAC assistance.

Called two companies when my AC went out a year or so ago. One charged me double for the inspection and quoted me twice what Veneys charged.
Veneys was almost half the price for the inspection and final repair, the repairman was very knowledgeable and thorough. The best! Don’t call anyone else!

I've been redoing houses for years and 2 in this area. Naturally I get many bids from local HVAC firms . Recently my heat pump died and so at least 3 companies were called in for estimates .. I worked with Veneys for the better product n prices. . They are usually the most reasonsable..I used them ... check them out!
